钢渣成分在烟气脱硫过程中的协同作用与机理
[Abstract]:There are a lot of corrosive gases such as SO_2 and NOX in the sintering flue gas, which cause serious environmental problems. Steel slag is a kind of waste produced in the process of steelmaking. Its main chemical composition is Ca O, which has a certain desulfurization effect. In order to make better use of steel slag for flue gas desulfurization, it is necessary to desulfurize the various components of steel slag in the process of desulfurization. According to the percentage of components in the actual steel slag, the steel slag is prepared by adjusting the percentage of each component in the steel slag. Simulated sintering flue gas desulfurization experiment is carried out in the jet bubbling reactor. The results are as follows: 1) The mineral composition of the steel slag is determined. The desulfurization effect, the desulfurization product and the actual steel slag were compared, indicating that the configuration of steel slag can be used to replace the actual steel slag to carry out the test.2) The desulfurization experiment can be carried out by changing the percentage content of Ca O, Mg O, Fe_2O_3, Si_2, Al_2O_3 in the steel slag according to the actual composition of steel slag. The main role of Ca O in the desulfurization process, Mg O, Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3 to promote the desulfurization, Si O_2 to desulfurization effect is not obvious. 3) Through the experiment of synergistic effect, it can be concluded that: Fe_2O_3 and Al_2O_3 in the configuration of steel slag flue gas desulfurization process will play a synergistic effect. As a result, Al_2O_3 and Si_O_2, Fe_2O_3 and Si_O_2 have no synergistic effect on the desulfurization of steel slag.
