潜流湿地内部污染物降解动力学研究

【摘要】:潜流湿地内部污染物的降解是由系统内物理、化学及生物等反应共同作用的复杂过程,各反应的动力学过程是决定潜流湿地污染物去除效率的主要因素。根据潜流湿地植物、基质以及微生物的特性,研究潜流湿地内部主要污染物的降解机理和发生的生物及化学动力学过程并分析讨论温度、p H、溶解氧等不同因素对污染物降解效果的影响,对潜流湿地COD、NH3-N、TN和TP的降解效果进行动力学模拟,建立动力学模拟方程。结果总结如下:温度、pH及溶解氧对潜流湿地污染物降解有重要影响。综合考虑,潜流湿地降解COD、NH3-N、TN和TP的最适宜温度为10~35℃;最适宜p H为6.5~8.0;厌氧区溶解氧浓度小于0.2mg/L,好氧区溶解氧范围为1.5~2.5mg/L。水平—钢渣和水平—火山岩两种潜流湿地对COD、NH3-N、TN和TP降解效果均满足一级反应动力学特点,其中水平—钢渣潜流湿地对COD、NH3-N、TN和TP的一级反应动力学线性模拟的相关系数R2分别为0.9732、0.9640、0.9600和0.9912,水平—火山岩潜流湿地对COD、NH3-N、TN和TP的一级反应动力学线性模拟的相关系数R2分别为0.9641、0.9365、0.9709和0.9662,各拟合曲线的拟合度较高,说明一级反应动力学模型是对潜流湿地的设计及运行具有很好的参考价值的数学模型。
