不同清洗条件下反渗透系统清洗效果的对比分析

【摘要】:伴随着生产和生活产生的排水,市政污水和工业废水越来越多的成为了膜法水处理的给水。随着反渗透膜在市政污水回用领域的广泛应用,膜系统污染的问题日益突出,通常系统污染表现为进水压力升高、段间压差增大和产水量下降等现象。当污染物积累到一定程度就需要对系统进行清洗,通过对再生水厂反渗透系统污染物的分析,其中有机物占77%,无机盐占23%,有机物和微生物污染较为严重。通过对不同清洗条件下,系统清洗效果的分析,可以得出在保持清洗时间为15h、清洗温度为30℃时,去除反渗透系统有机物和微生物污染较为有效的药液配置是0.025%Na—SDS加0.1%NaOH组成的碱性清洗液,去除碳酸盐垢有效的清洗药液配置为0.2%HCl的酸性清洗液,在该清洗条件下反渗透系统清洗后进水压力和段间压差降低显著。
[Abstract]:With the production and life of sewage, municipal sewage and industrial wastewater has become more and more membrane water treatment water supply. With the wide application of reverse osmosis membrane in municipal wastewater reuse, the problem of membrane system fouling is becoming more and more serious. Usually, the system pollution is characterized by the increase of influent pressure, the increase of pressure difference between sections and the decrease of water production. It is necessary to clean the system when the pollutants accumulate to a certain extent. Through the analysis of pollutants in the reverse osmosis system of the recycling water plant, the organic matter is 77%, the inorganic salt is 2330%, the organic matter and microorganism pollution is more serious.
