城市污泥制备污泥煤浆

【摘要】:城市污泥是城市生活污水处理过程中产生的固体废物,将其与煤混合制备污泥煤浆用做洁净环保燃料或气化原料是实现城市污泥资源化利用的重要途径。本论文研究了半焦调质城市污泥(简称SS)的特性、反应性能及其成浆性能,创建了城市污泥制备污泥煤浆的新方法,其主要研究内容与结论如下:采用热重分析法研究了半焦与城市污泥混合物的燃烧性能,揭示了半焦添加量对城市污泥燃烧性能的影响规律。结果表明:半焦与城市污泥的混合物,随半焦配比的增大,其燃烧性能变好,说明半焦能改善城市污泥的燃烧性能。当半焦的配入比例大于40%时,半焦与城市污泥的混合物的燃烧指纹曲线(DTG)为一个单峰,具有良好的燃烧性能。采用热重分析法研究了SS与煤混合物的反应性能,结果表明:煤的燃料比(F)是影响SS与煤的混合物的燃烧性能的关键因素,随着煤的燃料比的减小,SS与煤的混合物的燃烧性能变好。当煤的燃料比小于2.53时,SS与煤的混合物的燃烧指纹曲线呈单峰,具有良好的燃烧性能。采用成浆实验法研究了半焦调质城市污泥的成浆性能,结果表明:半焦的含量是影响半焦调质城市污泥成浆性能的关键因素,半焦调质城市污泥的成浆性能随其半焦含量的增加而变好,当半焦的含量增大到80%时,半焦调质城市污泥的定黏浓度仍只有33.88%,表明其成浆性能差,要制备达到国家水煤浆质量三级标准的污泥煤浆,必须把半焦调质城市污泥与成浆性能良好的煤混合制浆。基于半焦调质城市污泥的特性,建立了城市污泥制备污泥煤浆的新方法。首先用半焦对城市污泥进行调质,然后采用重力浓缩的方法对城市污泥进行浓缩脱水得到半焦调质城市污泥,将其与煤直接混合制浆得到污泥煤浆。该方法的特点是无需对城市污泥进行机械脱水和预干燥,简化了污泥煤浆的制备工艺,大大降低了污泥煤浆的制备成本,对节约资源,保护环境有重要意义。制备达到国家水煤浆质量三级标准的污泥煤浆,应具备以下工艺技术条件:(1)煤炭应具有良好的成浆性能,其内在水分小于5.32%;(2)物料的粒度组成中,小于74μm的颗粒物占比为75%;(3)用萘系NF作污泥煤浆的添加剂,其添加量为总浆体质量的1%;(4)半焦调质城市污泥的配入比例应小于煤与半焦调质城市污泥总质量(干基)的7.72%。
[Abstract]:Municipal sludge is a kind of solid waste produced in the process of municipal domestic sewage treatment. It is an important way to make sludge and coal slurry used as clean and environmentally friendly fuel or gasification raw material to realize the utilization of municipal sludge resource. In this paper, the characteristics, reaction properties and slurry properties of SS were studied, and a new method of producing sludge coal slurry from municipal sludge was established. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: the combustion performance of the mixture of char and municipal sludge was studied by thermogravimetric analysis, and the effect of the content of char on the combustion performance of municipal sludge was revealed. The results show that the combustion performance of the mixture of semi-coke and municipal sludge is improved with the increase of the ratio of semi-coke to municipal sludge, which indicates that the semi-coke can improve the combustion performance of municipal sludge. The combustion fingerprint curve of the mixture of semi-coke and municipal sludge is a single peak (DTG) with good combustion performance when the proportion of semi-coke is greater than 40. The reactivity of the mixture of SS and coal was studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the ratio of coal to fuel (F) is the key factor affecting the combustion performance of the mixture of SS and coal. The combustion performance of the mixture of SS and coal becomes better with the decrease of the fuel ratio of coal. When the fuel ratio of coal is less than 2.53, the combustion fingerprint curve of the mixture of SS and coal shows a single peak, and it has good combustion performance. In this paper, the pulp forming performance of municipal sludge modified by semi-coke was studied by means of pulping experiment. The results showed that the content of semi-coke was the key factor to influence the sluriness of municipal sludge. When the content of semi-coke increases to 80%, the fixed viscosity concentration of the sludge is only 33.88%, which indicates that the pulp forming performance is poor. In order to prepare the sludge coal slurry which meets the national standard of coal water slurry quality, it is necessary to mix the semi-coke modified municipal sludge with the coal slurry with good slurry properties. Based on the characteristics of semi-coke sludge, a new method for producing sludge coal slurry from municipal sludge was established. First, the municipal sludge was tempered with semi-coke, then the urban sludge was condensed and dewatered by gravity concentration, and the sludge was directly mixed with coal to produce sludge and coal slurry. The characteristics of this method are that it does not need mechanical dewatering and pre-drying of municipal sludge, simplifies the preparation process of sludge coal slurry, greatly reduces the preparation cost of sludge coal slurry, and is of great significance for saving resources and protecting environment. The preparation of sludge coal slurry up to the third grade standard of national coal water slurry quality should have the following technical conditions: (1) the coal should have good slurry forming performance and its internal moisture content is less than 5.32; (2) in the particle size composition of the material, The proportion of particulate matter less than 74 渭 m was 75. (3) naphthalene NF was used as additive of sludge coal slurry, and its addition amount was 1 / 1 of the total slurry mass. (4) the proportion of municipal sludge mixed with semi-coke should be less than 7.72% of the total sludge mass (dry base) of coal and semi-coke modified city sludge.
