城市湿地公园生态可持续发展研究

【摘要】:湿地是水生与陆地生态系统的过渡区域,人们将湿地同森林、海洋一起并列为全球“三大生态系统”,有着“地球之肾”的美誉。当前,如何有效的保护湿地已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。通过近几年国内外学者的调查研究,湿地公园已成为保护湿地的一种较成功的模式,而城市湿地公园的可持续发展也成为当今世界所倡导的保护自然环境和自然资源中的重要一环。城市湿地公园可持续规划设计可以促进湿地生态环境的健康发展,对湿地水资源、交错景观带、湿地动植物生态多样性都有着积极的引导作用,带来巨大的生态、环境、社会与经济效益。作为城市生态系统的重要组成部分,城市湿地景观受到社会的广泛关注和重视,但亦面临城市化发展的巨大压力,湿地功能下降、生态环境退化、景观结构破坏,从而降低了湿地生态系统对城市环境、社会、经济的可持续发展助力。本文从生态哲学的角度,运用可持续发展相关理论,以合肥市滨湖湿地公园为例,针对目前城市湿地公园主要存在的问题,提出可持续发展的原则及对策研究。对我国湿地公园规划建设和可持续发展进行了初步探索,也为今后城市湿地公园建设提供相关理论参考。
[Abstract]:Wetland is a transitional region between aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Wetland, forest and ocean are regarded as the "three major ecosystems" in the world, and they have the reputation of "kidney of the earth". At present, how to effectively protect wetlands has become an urgent problem to be solved. Through the investigation and study of scholars at home and abroad in recent years, wetland park has become a more successful model for wetland protection. The sustainable development of urban wetland park has become an important part of protecting natural environment and natural resources. The sustainable planning and design of urban wetland park can promote the healthy development of wetland ecological environment, which can lead to the wetland water resources, staggered landscape zone, wetland animal and plant ecological diversity, and bring huge ecology and environment. Social and economic benefits As an important part of urban ecosystem, urban wetland landscape has received extensive attention and attention from the society, but it also faces the enormous pressure of urbanization, the decline of wetland function, the degradation of ecological environment and the destruction of landscape structure. Thus, the wetland ecosystem can contribute to the sustainable development of urban environment, society and economy. From the point of view of ecological philosophy and using the theory of sustainable development, this paper takes Hefei Lake Wetland Park as an example, and puts forward the principles and countermeasures of sustainable development in view of the main problems existing in the present urban wetland park. The planning and construction and sustainable development of wetland parks in China are preliminarily explored, and the relevant theoretical references are provided for the construction of urban wetland parks in the future.
