皂角苷和柠檬酸联合去除厌氧消化污泥中重金属的研究
[Abstract]:The removal of Ni,Pb,Zn from unanaerobic and anaerobic sludge (S1 and S2) of a wastewater treatment plant in Wuhan was studied by oscillatory leaching experiment. The Ni,Pb,Zn removal effects of saponins (0.1 ~ 2.0%) and citric acid (0.1 mol L ~ (-1) on the removal of Ni,Pb,Zn from two kinds of sludge were studied. The optimum concentration combination of saponin and citric acid was determined and the morphological changes of three heavy metals before and after elution were analyzed by BCR continuous extraction method. The results showed that the highest total removal efficiency of the three heavy metals in sludge was 76.02% and 15.94%, respectively, when the mixture of saponins and citric acid was used to remove the three heavy metals. The removal rate of heavy metals in the two kinds of sludge was the best. The removal rate of heavy metals in the two sludge was the same as that of the anaerobic digested sludge (S1) and the anaerobic digested sludge (S2). Compared with non-anaerobic digested sludge, the content of residual Pb and oxidizable state of Zn in anaerobic digested sludge increased significantly, but the content of Ni decreased. After combined leaching, about 80% of the acid soluble and reducible Ni,Zn in S _ 1 / S _ 2 were removed 67.07% and 58.06%, respectively, and the proportion of heavy metal residues increased greatly, among which the increase of Pb content was more than 90%.
