汽车涂装废水反渗透膜浓缩“零排放”技术实践

【摘要】:介绍了反渗透膜浓缩零排放技术在某汽车厂无锡基地的含氮磷废水零排放项目中的应用情况。该系统将16 m~3/h经生化处理后的废水浓缩至0.25 m~3/h,TDS的质量浓度约80 g/L,然后进入减压干燥系统,最终生成含盐固体,反渗透产生的清洁产水作为涂装工艺用水。运行结果表明,反渗透膜浓缩系统运行良好,系统产生的纯净水电导率≤200μS/cm,Cl-、Ca~(2+)的质量浓度分别≤25、≤10 mg/L,产水全部回收油漆车间涂装生产线和循环冷却水,每年产出90 kt的淡水。能耗合理,是一种企业"用得起"的废水零排放技术。
