甾体雌激素在不同污水处理工艺中的去除规律

【摘要】:采用气相色谱-质谱技术,研究甾体雌激素在4座具有深度处理工艺的污水厂中的去除效果。研究结果表明:4座污水厂的进水中均检出甾体雌激素,雌酮、17β雌二醇和雌三醇的质量浓度为15.1~607.0 ng/L,高于国外污水厂进水中雌激素的平均质量浓度。污水厂对雌酮、雌三醇和乙炔基雌二醇平均去除率为88.1%~97.3%,优于传统的污水处理工艺;生物处理工艺段对甾体雌激素的去除占主导地位,且活性污泥系统对雌激素的去除效果优于生物膜系统。沉淀预处理和混凝沉淀+过滤深度处理工艺段对甾体雌激素的去除效果不佳,平均去除率为10%~20%。4座污水厂均不能彻底去除污水中的甾体雌激素,污水厂尾水及剩余污泥中残留较高质量浓度雌激素。
[Abstract]:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to study the removal efficiency of steroidal estrogen in four wastewater treatment plants with advanced treatment process. The results showed that steroid estrogens were detected in the influent of four wastewater plants. The estradiol and estriol concentrations of 17 尾 estradiol and estriol were 15.1 ng/L, and 607.0 ng/L, higher than the average concentration of estradiol in the influent of foreign wastewater treatment plants. The average removal rate of estradiol, estradiol and ethynyl estradiol in the wastewater treatment plant was 88.1and 97.3, which was superior to the traditional wastewater treatment process, and the removal of steroidal estrogen was dominant in the biological treatment process. The removal of estrogen by activated sludge system was better than that by biofilm system. The removal efficiency of steroid estrogen was not good in the process of precipitation pretreatment and coagulation precipitation filtration, and the average removal rate was 10% 20.4 sewage plants could not completely remove steroidal estrogen from sewage. The residue of estrogen in the tailings and excess sludge of the wastewater treatment plant was higher.
