毛竹幼苗与伴矿景天间作对铜镉锌转运积累的影响

【摘要】:通过毛竹幼苗与伴矿景天间作在2 mm和5 mm土壤的盆栽试验,探究间作对毛竹幼苗与伴矿景天生长状况的影响,并对重金属迁移转运能力和其在不同部位的分布特征进行研究。结果表明:间作更适合在疏松土壤上进行;间作明显降低了毛竹幼苗与伴矿景天的生物量,其中,在2 mm土壤中间作的伴矿景天地下部生物量下降了85.9%,在5 mm土壤中间作的毛竹幼苗茎、叶生物量显著下降了75.5%和64.3%;间作减弱了毛竹幼苗根部对重金属的吸收转运能力,使伴矿景天根部Zn与Cd的转运能力形成竞争,但有效促进了毛竹幼苗与伴矿景天体内重金属由根向地上部的运输;间作能够增加伴矿景天Cd和Zn的积累量,降低毛竹幼苗体内Cu、Cd和Zn的积累量。可见,毛竹幼苗与伴矿景天间作对Cu、Cd和Zn的转运积累起到了一定的促进作用,但也在一定程度上抑制了植株生长。
[Abstract]:Pot experiment was conducted between Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings and Dioscorea pubescens in 2 mm and 5 mm soil to investigate the effects of intercropping on the growth of Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings and Sedum. The migration and transport ability of heavy metals and the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in different parts were studied. The results showed that intercropping was more suitable for loose soil, and intercropping significantly decreased the biomass of Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings and Dioscorea pubescens. The underground biomass of Dianjingtian in 2 mm soil decreased by 85.9%, the leaf biomass of Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings intercropping in 5 mm soil decreased significantly by 75.5% and 64.3%, and the intercropping decreased the absorption and transport capacity of heavy metals in the roots of Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings. The transport ability of Zn and Cd in the root of Jingtian was competitive, but it promoted the transport of heavy metals from root to ground in the seedlings of Phyllostachys pubescens, and the accumulation of Cd and Zn was increased by intercropping. The accumulation of Cu,Cd and Zn in Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings was decreased. It can be seen that the intercropping between Phyllostachys pubescens seedlings and Caijingtian played a certain role in promoting the transport and accumulation of Cu,Cd and Zn, but also inhibited the plant growth to a certain extent.
