液相微萃取-高效液相色谱法检测水中阿维菌素类药物

【摘要】：为了检测水中阿维菌素、多拉菌素、伊维菌素和甲氨基阿维菌素残留,试验采用液相微萃取提取、净化,高效液相色谱检测,样品过膜,经液相微萃取提取、净化后吹干,衍生化,高效液相色谱分析。结果表明:在0.05~2.0μg/L范围内呈线性,相关系数(r~2)≥0.999;方法的检测限为0.05μg/L,在0.05~2.0μg/L范围内回收率在87.53%~114.97%之间,日内变异系数在1.81%~4.57%(n=5)之间,日间变异系数在2.46%~6.10%(n=3)之间。
