UASB与CASS联用处理豆制品废水工艺设计

【摘要】:豆制品废水是一种高浓度有机废水,其处理较为复杂,达标处理难度大,且治理费用往往偏高。寻求一种合理有效、运行管理费用较低的处理工艺,对于环保事业和豆制品行业的发展都具有十分重要的意义。本研究针对河北某豆制品厂所排废水的达标处理展开。通过仔细调研相关资料,详细分析豆制品废水的水质特征,综合对比前人对豆制品废水处理采用的相关技术及处理工艺,并结合该厂具体规模实力与排放情况,初步确定“沉淀—A/O(UASB与CASS联用)”的处理工艺。针对该豆制品厂所排废水进行了试验研究与设计,从阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)四种絮凝剂中筛选出处理效果最佳的絮凝剂为聚丙烯酸钠,确定了其最佳投加量为质量分数为0.1%时15.5l/(1L废水),其COD去除率可达32.5%。通过实验室模拟该“沉淀—A/O”工艺流程对该厂所排废水进行处理试验,验证了该工艺设计确实可行。根据相关的各种设计规范与标准,依据进行各个工艺环节构筑物的具体参数计算设计。设计废水处理量为600t/d。调节池设计为8.0×5.0×3.0的矩形,水力停留时间为4.8h;沉淀池设计为10.8×2.3×2.3的类似矩形形状,长宽比为4.70≥4,沉淀时间为1.5h;UASB反应器设计为Φ7.2×8.89的圆柱体,高径比为1.231,水力停留时间为14h;CASS池设计为13.4×5×5的矩形结构,曝气时间3.7h,沉淀时间1.7h,水力停留时间为6h。设计整套工艺COD总去除率达98.5%左右。最终实体工程运行排水水质检测报告表明出水满足《农田灌溉水质标准》,从而证实了本工艺设计的良好效果。
