SDS及酶对热压力处理后脱水污泥EPS分布特性的影响

【摘要】:脱水污泥作为污水处理的固体产物,它不仅含有较高的有机物含量和含水率,而且具有较差的脱水性能,难以有效降低含水率一直以来都是污泥处置技术发展的瓶颈;胞外聚合物(EPS),作为一种高分子的生物聚合体,结合了污泥中绝大多数的有机成分和水,在污泥生成和结构稳定上起到重要的作用,影响着污泥的沉降和脱水性能,因此对EPS的研究显得尤为重要,本文主要对脱水污泥EPS的提取,EPS中蛋白质(PN),多糖(PS)等关键组分的分布特性和理化性质作重点分析。本文考察了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和酶分别促进提取污泥EPS的研究,首先细化分析了SDS和酶分别在不同添加量下对污泥EPS的影响,结果表明,50℃时,当SDS添加量为0.1 g/g TSS时,SEPS,LB与TB层可溶性PN的含量分别提高了94.3%,97.4%和60.7%;可溶性PS的含量分别提高了170%,128%和86%;在分别添加0.03 g/g TSS中性蛋白酶和α-淀粉酶后,可溶性PN的含量相比对照组增加了160%和110%,可溶性PS的含量增加了180%和200%,本试验酶的最佳投加量为0.03 g/g TSS。本文还考察了酶和热压力联合预处理对脱水污泥EPS特性的影响,结合3D-EEM进行分析,结果表明,蛋白酶有利于污泥色氨酸类蛋白的释放;淀粉酶有助于腐植酸的溶出;采用FT-IR分析结果表明,在75℃,5MPa,污泥EPS中有机物的整体含量降低了,LB-EPS层有机官能团的种类和数量明显减少,热压力处理对污泥EPS有机物含量影响较大。
[Abstract]:As a solid product of sewage treatment, dewatered sludge not only contains high organic matter content and moisture content, but also has poor dewatering performance. It is difficult to reduce water content effectively all the time, which is the bottleneck of sludge disposal technology development. As a kind of macromolecule biological polymer, extracellular polymer (EPS), which combines most of the organic components and water in sludge, plays an important role in sludge formation and structure stability, and affects sludge sedimentation and dewatering performance. Therefore, it is very important to study EPS. In this paper, the extraction of EPS from dewatered sludge, the distribution and physicochemical properties of protein (PN), polysaccharide (PS) and other key components in EPS were analyzed emphatically.
