城市人口规模与环境污染之间的关系——基于中国285个城市面板数据的分析

【摘要】:通过构建城市人均污染排放—人口规模模型,运用我国285个地级以上城市的面板数据,对不同等级城市人口规模与环境的关系进行了实证研究。结果显示:小城市人均污染排放量随着城市人口规模的增加呈递减趋势;中等城市人均污染排放量随着城市人口规模的增加呈先增加再减少的"倒U型"关系;大城市人均污染排放量随着城市人口规模的增加呈"正N型"关系;特大和超大城市人均污染排放量随着城市人口规模的增加呈"倒U型"关系;从全国范围看,城市人均污染排放量随着城市人口规模的增加呈"倒U型"关系。
[Abstract]:Based on the model of per capita pollution emission and population scale, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between population size and environment of different grade cities by using panel data of 285 prefecture cities in China. The results show that the per capita pollution emissions of small cities decrease with the increase of urban population size, while the average per capita pollution emissions of middle-sized cities increase first and then decrease with the increase of urban population size. With the increase of urban population size, the per capita pollution emissions of large cities show a "positive N-type" relationship, and the per capita pollution emissions of mega-and mega-cities show a "inverted U-type" relationship with the increase of urban population size. From a national perspective, per capita pollution emissions of cities are inverted U-shaped with the increase of urban population size.
