钒钼体系列中低温SCR脱硝催化剂的研究

【摘要】:氨选择性催化还原法(NH_3-SCR)脱除NOx是目前主流的固定源NOx脱除技术,该技术的核心是SCR脱硝催化剂。目前商用SCR脱硝催化剂主要是以V_2O_5为活性成分、WO_3(或MoO_3)为助剂、TiO_2为载体的V_2O_5-WO_3(MoO_3)/TiO_2型蜂窝、平板或波纹板式催化剂。该催化剂在燃煤电厂已有广泛应用,其适用的温度窗口为300-420℃。当温度低于300℃时,该催化剂无法适用。然而,当燃煤电厂处于低负荷运行时,烟气温度往往会低于300℃,此时常规SCR脱硝催化剂必须停止使用(停止喷氨);此外,除火电行业以外,钢铁冶炼、玻璃制造等多个行业的工业锅炉其烟气温度一般都在300℃以下(如钢铁行业的焦炉烟气温度一般为250-300℃,烧结机烟气温度一般仅为180-200℃,玻璃窑炉脱硝段烟气温度为230-290℃)。基于此,极有必要研发适用于中低温(180-300℃)烟气条件的SCR脱硝催化剂。本文针对中低温锅炉烟气脱硝的技术需求,采用等体积浸渍法,以V_2O_5为活性组分、MoO_3为助剂,制备了高钒高钼含量的V_2O_5-MoO_3/TiO_2型粉末和平板式SCR脱硝催化剂,考察了活性组分和助剂含量对催化剂活性以及抗SO_2和H_2O中毒性能的影响,对反应前后的催化剂进行了微观表征,并针对最优催化剂研究了其在不同烟气工况下催化剂的脱硝性能。结果表明,提升V_2O_5负载量可以有效提高催化剂的脱硝活性;MoO_3助剂的添加也可以提高催化剂的脱硝活性,而且会影响催化剂中V~(4+)/V~(5+)比值、化学吸附氧比例等性质,还可效抑制SO_2和H_2O对催化剂的毒化作用。3V_2O_5-10MoO_3/TiO_2平板式催化剂在温度为200℃、空速为3500 h-1含SO_2和H_2O烟气条件下,经30天连续反应,脱硝效率稳定维持在82%左右,该催化剂在中低温下具有优异的抗SO_2和H_2O中毒性能以及稳定性。最后对开发的中低温SCR脱硝催化剂进行了改性研究,考察了前驱物溶液pH、硫酸化处理、金属氧化物掺杂等改性手段,进一步提高了催化剂的脱硝效率。考虑到精确控制pH与硫酸酸化处理对催化剂效率提升程度较小,而操作工艺较复杂,工业应用难度较大,最终选择X金属氧化物掺杂对催化剂进行改性。在此基础上考察了改性后的板式催化剂抗SO_2、H_2O中毒特性,以及烟气工况对其脱硝性能的影响。结果表明改性后的中低温SCR板式脱硝催化剂保持了原有催化剂优异的抗SO_2、H_2O中毒性能,且一定程度提高了催化剂低温区的脱硝活性,对烟气工况有良好的适应性,有望实现工业推广生产应用。
