含双酚酸聚芳醚砜对水中铅离子的动态吸附

【摘要】:采用含双酚酸聚芳醚砜吸附剂对水中铅离子进行固定床吸附,探讨了水中铅离子初始质量浓度、体积流量、初始pH和吸附剂质量对穿透曲线的影响。采用Yoon-Nelson模型和Thomas模型对动态实验数据进行线性拟合分析,研究了高分子聚合物吸附剂对水中铅离子的动态吸附性能。吸附后的吸附剂用0.2mol/L的盐酸再生多次循环吸附使用。结果表明,聚芳醚砜吸附剂能够有效去除水中铅离子,溶液体积流量和质量浓度对流出曲线有较大的影响,饱和吸附量随着初始质量浓度的增大而增加,随体积流量的增大而减小;穿透时间随初始质量浓度和体积流量的增大均减小,不同条件下的线性相关系数在0.94~0.98,说明Yoon-Nelson模型和Thomas模型都可以描述传统曲线,而且聚合物重生吸附容量变化不大,可以重复多次利用。
[Abstract]:Lead ion in water was adsorbed in fixed bed by polyaryl ether sulfone adsorbents containing bisphenol acid. The effects of initial mass concentration of lead ion, volume flow rate, initial pH and adsorbents mass on the penetration curve were discussed. The dynamic adsorption properties of polymer adsorbents for lead ions in water were studied by linear fitting analysis of dynamic experimental data by Yoon-Nelson model and Thomas model. The adsorbed adsorbents were recycled with hydrochloric acid of 0.2mol/L for many times. The results show that Poly (aryl ether sulfone) adsorbents can effectively remove lead ions from water, and the volume flow rate and mass concentration of the solution have great influence on the outflow curve, and the saturated adsorption capacity increases with the increase of the initial mass concentration. It decreases with the increase of volume flow rate. The penetration time decreases with the increase of initial mass concentration and volume flow rate, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.94 鈮,
