五大发展理念引领下的生态文明建设研究

【摘要】：生态文明是人类社会发展的新形态、新阶段。建设生态文明,是增进人民福祉、涉及民族未来的长远大计,也是实现美丽中国梦的必然选择。大力推进生态文明建设,不仅是实现中华民族永续发展的必然要求,也是新形势下我国经济社会发展的现实需要。目前,学者研究生态文明建设的成果较为丰富,但主要集中在生态文明的内涵、面临的问题、原因、对策等方面,而全面系统地分析生态文明建设各个方面的成果比较少,更鲜有学者把其与最新的五大发展理念结合起来研究。再之,近年来,我国在经济高速发展的同时,也付出了巨大的代价——浪费了资源、污染了环境、破坏了生态,致使我国生态文明建设面临着十分严峻的形势。基于这样的研究现状,在五大发展理念的引领下关于如何建设中国特色社会主义生态文明进行研究具有十分重要的意义。理念是行动的先导,大力推进生态文明建设也必须树立科学的发展理念。创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的五大发展理念,不仅在中国特色社会主义理论体系中占有举足轻重的地位,同时也为我国如何加快推进生态文明建设提供了理论指导和实践指南。根据此,笔者在深刻认识和理解五大发展理念与生态文明内涵的基础上,剖析了当前我国在生态文明建设过程中面临的主要问题及其原因,提出在五大发展理念的引领下建设生态文明必要性,进而积极探索在五大发展理念引领下建设中国特色社会主义生态文明的具体路径。
[Abstract]:Ecological civilization is a new form and stage of human social development. Building ecological civilization is not only a long-term plan to improve the well-being of the people, involving the future of the nation, but also an inevitable choice to realize the beautiful Chinese Dream. Vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization is not only the inevitable requirement to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, but also the realistic need of China's economic and social development under the new situation. At present, the achievements of scholars in the construction of ecological civilization are relatively rich, but they mainly focus on the connotation, problems, causes and countermeasures of ecological civilization, while there are few achievements in the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the construction of ecological civilization. Few scholars combine it with the latest five development ideas. Moreover, in recent years, with the rapid development of economy, our country has also paid a huge price-waste of resources, pollution of the environment, destruction of ecology, resulting in a very serious situation in the construction of ecological civilization in our country. Based on this research situation, it is of great significance to study how to build socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of the five development concepts. The idea is the forerunner of the action, vigorously promotes the ecological civilization construction also must establish the scientific development idea. The five major development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing not only play an important role in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it also provides theoretical guidance and practical guide for how to speed up the construction of ecological civilization in our country. According to this, on the basis of deeply understanding and understanding the five development ideas and the connotation of ecological civilization, the author analyzes the main problems and their causes in the process of ecological civilization construction in our country at present. This paper puts forward the necessity of building ecological civilization under the guidance of the five development ideas, and then actively explores the concrete path of building socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of the five development concepts.
