临安市农村生活污水治理问题研究

【摘要】：本研究通过对临安市农村生活污水治理现状的调查,总结归纳目前临安农村生活污水治理存在的问题,为因地制宜的合理解决污水处理问题,提供科学的参考依据,并进一步提出有效的管理方法和治污模式。文章首先对我国农村污水研究现状进行了文献综述,从我国农村污水的排放特点,治理模式,处理工艺,政策以及管理进行了总体上的研究,以作为后期研究的理论支持。本文结合了典型抽样调查的方法,对临安市6个乡镇的10个村进行了问卷调查,了解临安农村污水治理现状以及民意态度,在立足于对临安市农村污水治理状况的细致调研基础上,对临安市农村生活污水排放及治理现状进行了总结和评估,讨论临安市农村污水治理过程中所存在的问题和难点,在对临安市农村污水治理的现状研究部分中,文章对临安市农村污水的排放现状,民意特点,治理现状等发面进行了综合研究。结合临安农村污水治理的实际状况与文献研究,提出了临安市农村污水治理的发展对策。研究发现,临安市农村污水的主要包括厨余污水,洗涤污水,厕所污水三类,污水排放各有特点;在民意调查中发现,临安市农民对农村污水的认识总体有所提升,但还是存在着一部分的村民环保意识薄弱,对污水治理问题认识不足;同时对临安市农村污水治理现状从治理成效,资金现状,技术现状,政策现状等方面进行归结。通过调查研究,结合临安市农村实际状况,分析了临安农村污水治理存在的问题和难点,并从资金,管理,宣传,技术等方面提出了对策。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the present situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Lin'an City, this study summarizes the existing problems in the treatment of rural domestic sewage in Linan City, and provides a scientific reference for reasonably solving the problem of sewage treatment according to local conditions. And further put forward effective management methods and pollution control model. In this paper, the research status of rural sewage in China is reviewed, and the discharge characteristics, treatment mode, treatment process, policy and management of rural sewage in China are studied as a theoretical support for the later research. Based on the method of typical sampling survey, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on 10 villages in 6 villages and towns of Lin'an City, and understands the present situation of sewage treatment in rural areas of Lin'an and the attitude of public opinion. Based on the detailed investigation of the situation of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City, this paper summarizes and evaluates the discharge and treatment status of rural domestic sewage in Lin'an City, and discusses the problems and difficulties existing in the process of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City. In the part of the research on the present situation of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the present situation of rural sewage discharge, the characteristics of public opinion and the present situation of treatment in Lin'an City. Combined with the actual situation and literature research of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City, the development countermeasures of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City are put forward. It is found that the rural sewage in Lin'an City mainly includes kitchen waste sewage, washing sewage and toilet sewage, and the sewage discharge has its own characteristics. In the public opinion survey, it is found that the farmers' understanding of rural sewage in Lin'an has improved on the whole, but there are still some villagers who have weak awareness of environmental protection and lack of understanding of sewage treatment. At the same time, the present situation of rural sewage treatment in Lin'an City is summarized from the aspects of treatment effect, capital status, technology status, policy status and so on. Through investigation and research, combined with the actual situation of rural areas in Lin'an City, this paper analyzes on the existing problems and difficulties in the treatment of rural sewage in Lin'an City, and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of funds, management, propaganda, technology and so on.
