车辆行驶速度对机动车污染排放影响的实证研究

【摘要】:机动车污染排放主要是由车辆在道路中的行驶造成的,机动车在拥堵情况下所造成的污染排放会明显高于正常行驶状况。文中运用社会学调查抽样的方法,通过搜集大量的出租车票据对北京市目前道路车辆的行驶速度进行了调查,结果表明北京市道路车辆行驶速度普遍偏低。同时,通过对北京市5个交通污染监控点的污染物排放实时数据的分析,得出行驶速度和交通污染排放的相关关系,运用MOVEs模型核算了提高车辆行驶速度所带来的减排效果,可以借鉴国际发达国家和城市的经验,通过采取缓解交通拥堵的方式来有效控制路上移动源的排放。
[Abstract]:The pollution emission of motor vehicles is mainly caused by the driving of vehicles in the road, and the pollution emissions of motor vehicles under the condition of congestion will be significantly higher than those of normal driving conditions. By using the method of sociological investigation and sampling, this paper investigates the driving speed of road vehicles in Beijing by collecting a large number of taxi bills. The results show that the driving speed of road vehicles in Beijing is generally on the low side. At the same time, through the analysis of the real-time data of pollutant emission from five traffic pollution monitoring points in Beijing, the correlation between driving speed and traffic pollution emission is obtained, and the emission reduction effect caused by improving vehicle speed is calculated by using MOVEs model. The experience of developed countries and cities can be used for reference to effectively control the emission of mobile sources on the road by reducing traffic congestion.
