厌氧工艺处理污泥水热脱水滤液的实验研究

【摘要】:中温电辅助厌氧折流板反应器(BES-ABR)在实现高浓度有机废水沿程分相降解的同时,能有效减缓反应器内有机酸的积累;上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器是厌氧生物处理的经典技术,利于培养污泥活性更好的颗粒污泥,对不同类废水的适应能力强,无需专门的分离装置,即可实现气液固分离,可实现气液固自掺混,不容易出现短流和水力死角。本实验是针对中温BES-ABR、中温UASB、高温UASB反应器的运行特性研究,其中ABR容积为5格共3.5L,UASB容积为5L。中温条件为中温(35±1)℃和高温(52.5±2.5)℃。实验结果表明,本实验以中温条件下BES-ABR反应器和UASB反应器的运行对比、不同温度下UASB反应器运行的对比,得出同温下ABR反应器对污泥水热脱水滤液浓度的耐受限大于UASB反应器;同UASB反应器下,高温条件下产气量和处理污泥水热脱水滤液浓度更高,中温条件下,COD去除率更高,产气效率更高。BES-ABR反应器处理污泥水热脱水滤液,在进水COD浓度在19000mg/L时,BES-ABR反应器对污泥水热脱水滤液的COD去除率仍能保持在75%以上;单日单反应容积产CH4量可达1600m L/(L.d);总VFA浓度在6000-13000mg HAC/L,VFA的去除率则由60%逐步上升至85%以上;抑制产甲烷的氨氮范围为1.76-2.20g/L,氨氮去除率稳定在27%左右;各格室污泥负荷分别保持在0.14~0.39、0.035~0.20、0.078~0.11、0.078~0.15 kg COD/(kg污泥·d)可以满足54%以上的COD去除,各格室最佳污泥负荷分别为0.14、0.035、0.078、0.078 kg COD/(kg污泥·d);各格室容积负荷分别保持在2.81~14.68、0.89~8.02、0.97~6.17、0.94~6.38 kg COD/(m~3·d)可以满足54%以上的COD去除,各格室最佳容积负荷分别为6.24、1.75、2.18、2.12kg COD/(m~3·d)。中温UASB反应器稳定运行后COD去除率在75%左右,中温UASB反应器所能处理的污泥水热脱水滤液的COD浓度极限在17080-18510mg/L之间;单日单反应体积产甲烷量在8.90~239.86 m L/(L.d)范围内;进水COD浓度提高到18510mg/L以下时,VFA去除率稳定在97%左右;稳定NH4+-N去除率基本都在25%-50%;污泥负荷为0.06~0.39 kg COD/(kg污泥·d),最佳污泥负荷保持在0.22~0.39 kg COD/(kg污泥·d)范围内,极限污泥负荷在0.39 kg COD/(kg污泥·d);容积负荷在3.14~19.16 kg COD/(m~3·d)之间,最佳容积负荷为19.16 kg COD/(m~3·d)。高温UASB反应器稳定运行后COD去除率在65%以上;产甲烷量为14.58~520.24 m L/(L.d);VFA去除率可达85%以上,提高进水COD到24000mg/L,VFA去除率开始下降,第186天,出水VFA达到6243mg HAC/L,VFA去除率仅为48%,说明反应器内已经发生了酸化,出水有机酸浓度与反应器酸化直接相关;氨氮浓度抑制产甲烷范围为0.97-1.45g/L,这与同类研究相比较窄,之后抑制效果不再明显变化;出水p H范围在6.99~7.97之间,且反应器运行稳定后基本稳定在7.7左右;出水碱度范围在2157.38~7665.37mg Ca CO3/L;ORP范围在-186~-419m V,大部分落在甲烷菌产气最适范围内;最佳污泥负荷为0.10~0.24 kg COD/(kg污泥·d),最佳容积负荷为13.29~15.08 kg COD/(m~3·d)。

Upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) reactor is a classical technology of anaerobic biological treatment, which is beneficial to the cultivation of granular sludge with better sludge activity. it has strong adaptability to different types of wastewater and can realize gas-liquid-solid separation without a special separation device. Gas-liquid-solid self-mixing can be realized, and short flow and hydraulic dead angle are not easy to appear.
