基于MBR技术的农村生活污水处理工艺技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济、社会和人口的快速发展,我国农村地区的水环境遭受到了严峻挑战,农村生活污水的处理情况不容乐观,因此,寻求一种适用于农村生活污水特点、提高其处理效率的方法,是有效防治农村地区水环境污染的要求。本次实验研宄在A/O-MBR工艺的基础上,探讨了适于MBR反应装置运行的工作参数,通过对MBR反应装置处理农村生活污水的动态试验研宄,考察了膜生物反应系统对COD_(cr)、NH_3-N、S S等有机污染物的去除效果、膜负压对膜出水流量影响情况和膜清洗技术对膜污染的控制效果及膜生物反应器处理工艺扩大设计的可行性,主要研宄结果如下:污水试机中单片膜元件的出水量为0.302m~3/d,低于膜厂家提供的参考数值0.320-0.450m~3/d;膜负吸压控制在-0.05~-0.02M P a的范围内,能获得比较稳定的出水量;膜反应器出水COD_(cr)、NH_3-N、S S的平均值分别为17.13mg/L、1.38mg/L、3.31mg/L,能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标的要求;膜反应器NH_3-N去除率达到90°%以上时用了13d的时间,反应系统启动较为迅速;在不排泥的情况下,膜反应器连续运行17d时,总磷的去除效果比较好;物理清洗方案的膜出水量为0.183m~3/h,相对水力反冲洗膜出水量0.149m~3/h较好;体外清洗能彻底清除膜面上的污染物,离线碱洗浓度含量3%。的次氯酸钠溶液能去除膜内的污染物;日污水处理量15m~3/d的A/O-MBR工艺的污水处理工程的吨水的费用为3 5 3 5元,与接触氧化工艺的吨水的费用2 8 1 0元相近,对于小型的生活污水处理而言是较为经济的;此次MBR工程的吨水能耗为0.6元/吨,要小于接触氧化工艺的能耗0.93元/吨,可以节省部分运行费用,以便推广运用。
