“标准化”背角无齿蚌幼蚌的不同组织对镉的脂质过氧化响应特征

【摘要】:为了探究"淡水贝类观察"研究体系的专用指示生物"标准化"背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana)对镉(Cd)的脂质过氧化响应的组织特异性,根据Cd对幼蚌的安全浓度设定0.005、0.050、0.500 mg/L的浓度梯度,暴露48、96 h后测定斧足、内脏团、外套膜和闭壳肌中丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,不同组织MDA总体呈现出"诱导—抑制"的变化趋势;外套膜MDA与Cd表现出显著的"剂量-效应"关系(P0.05);闭壳肌MDA与暴露时间具有显著的"时间-效应"关系(P0.05)。研究认为,"标准化"背角无齿蚌幼蚌的外套膜和闭壳肌分别适宜作为基于MDA预警、监测渔业生态环境Cd污染程度和污染时间动态的靶组织。

[Abstract]:In order to investigate the tissue specificity of lipid peroxide response of (Anodonta woodiana), a special indicator of freshwater shellfish observation system, to cadmium (Cd), the concentration gradient of 0.005, 0.050 and 0.500 mg/L was set according to the safe concentration of Cd for young mussel. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in axe foot, internal visceral mass, coat membrane and occlusive muscle was determined after exposure for 48 and 96 hours. The results showed that MDA in different tissues showed a trend of "induction-inhibition", MDA and Cd showed a significant "dose-effect" relationship (P 0.05), and obturator muscle MDA had a significant "time-effect" relationship with exposure time (P 0.05). It is considered that the coat membrane and obturator muscle of the "standardized" mussel dorsless clam are suitable for monitoring the Cd pollution degree and time dynamics of fishery ecological environment based on MDA early warning, respectively.
