水华蓝藻及其毒素降解菌的降解能力和机理研究

随着淡水水体富营养化程度的加剧,蓝藻水华(Cyanobacterial blooms)在全球范围的爆发日趋严重,对水生生态,经济,甚至是人类的健康都可能产生不良影响,引发了严重的环境问题。目前,已经有大量关于蓝藻水华控制和蓝藻毒素降解的相关研究。其中溶藻微生物(溶藻细菌)已经被作为一种可以抑制蓝藻水华和降解蓝藻毒素的方法而得到广泛研究。然而,在溶藻微生物的相关研究中,除了对一种可产生抗菌素真菌的抑藻能力的研究外,对于溶藻真菌的情况还知之甚少。与此同时,尽管溶藻细菌有一定的抑制藻类生长的能力,但是相比于真菌而言,随着溶藻细菌自身的繁殖,细胞数量的增加会大大降低水体的透明度,且溶藻细菌的次生代谢产物多,变异快,不易控制等缺点都会影响到溶藻细菌的实际应用。自2007年以来,我国太湖也爆发了大规模的蓝藻水华,对当地的人民生活,经济及社会的发展都造成了严重的影响。为了能够更好的控制蓝藻水华,减小其造成的危害,本研究分离到两株白腐真菌Trichaptum abietinum 1302BG和Lopharia spadicea,并对其抑藻能力进行了研究。1.本论文研究了两株白腐真菌对不同淡水蓝藻的抑制...
