基于模糊综合评价法的德安县耕地后备资源评价

【摘要】:在江西省城市化日益加快的社会背景下,全省经济发展的速度有所提高,城市的建设也在不断地加快。然而,耕地被建设用地占用的情况却频频发生,使得我省耕地面积出现了逐年递减的趋势,严重影响了我省的粮食储备粮的安全。耕地后备资源是保障粮食生产的重要战略资源,有利于推动我省农业经济的发展,维护粮食生产的安全。因此,我省作为农业大省,耕地后备资源的调查及质量评价工作对我省经济的建设具有重要意义。本文基于GIS相关技术,结合德安县耕地后备资源调查评价项目,在参考国内外相关研究的基础上,从生态、自然、经济等方面采用层次分析法构建评价指标体系,并结合外业实地调查,运用模糊综合评价法对该地区耕地后备资源状况进行评价。本文充分考虑生态安全、自然环境、经济适宜等情况,以江西省德安县为研究对象进行调查评价分析,对德安县两大地类进行调查评价,即:可开垦土地和可复垦采矿用地,对江西省德安县的耕地后备资源开发利用具有一定的参考价值。论文的主要研究成果如下:(1)按照全面性、生态安全性、便利性、适宜性等原则选出的能代表德安县耕地后备资源开发适宜性的评价因子,并对每个因子进行分析,通过层次分析法建立德安县耕地后备资源评价体系。本文从生态安全性、自然适宜性、经济适宜性三个角度出发,评选出水源距离、生物多样性、生态用地条件、生态效应、景观效应、土壤质地、地形坡度、土层厚度、海拔高程、区位分布、排水条件、灌溉条件、耕作便利度、集中连片度14个评价因子作为本次评价的指标。根据搜集到的相关资料,采用模糊综合评价法对德安县耕地后备资源进行评价分析。(2)模糊综合评价结果显示:本次德安县后备资源评价共涉及5371个地块,共3514.70公顷,开发适宜性等级为非常适宜的后备资源有3083.79公顷,占总后备资源的87.74%;适宜性等级为较适宜的后备资源有231.21公顷,占总后备资源的6.58%;适宜性等级为一般适宜的后备资源153.45公顷,占总后备资源的4.37%;为不适宜的后备资源有46.25公顷,占总后备资源的1.32%。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerating urbanization in Jiangxi Province, the speed of economic development in Jiangxi Province has been improved, and the construction of cities has been accelerating. However, the situation of cultivated land occupied by construction land has occurred frequently. The area of cultivated land in our province has been decreasing year by year, which has seriously affected the security of grain reserves in our province. The reserve resources of cultivated land is an important strategic resource to ensure grain production. It is helpful to promote the development of agricultural economy and maintain the safety of grain production. Therefore, our province is a big agricultural province. The investigation and quality evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources is of great significance to the economic construction of our province. Based on the related technology of GIS, this paper combines the project of investigation and evaluation of cultivated land reserve resources in Dean County. On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign related research, this paper uses AHP to construct the evaluation index system from ecological, natural, economic and other aspects, and combines with field investigation. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the situation of cultivated land reserve resources in this area. The ecological security, natural environment and economic suitability are fully considered in this paper. Based on the investigation and evaluation of Dean County in Jiangxi Province, this paper investigates and evaluates the two major land types in Dean County, namely: reclaimed land and reclaimed mining land. It has a certain reference value for the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Dean County Jiangxi Province. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1) according to comprehensiveness ecological security and convenience. The evaluation factors which can represent the suitability of cultivated land reserve resources development in Dean County are selected according to the principle of suitability, and each factor is analyzed. The evaluation system of cultivated land reserve resources in Dean County was established by analytic hierarchy process. In this paper, the distance of water source and biodiversity were selected from three aspects: ecological security, natural suitability and economic suitability. Ecological land conditions, ecological effects, landscape effects, soil texture, topographic slope, soil thickness, elevation, location distribution, drainage conditions, irrigation conditions, farming convenience. According to the relevant data collected, 14 evaluation factors were selected as the index of this evaluation. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the reserve resources of cultivated land in Dean County. The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the evaluation of reserve resources of Dean County involves 5371 plots. A total of 3514.70 hectares, the development suitability grade is very suitable reserve resources have 3083.79 hectares, accounting for 87.74 of the total reserve resources; The suitable reserve resources were 231.21 hectares, which accounted for 6.58 hectares of the total reserve resources. The grade of suitability is 153.45 ha, which is 4.37% of the total reserve resources. The unsuitable reserve resources were 46.25 hectares, which accounted for 1.32 of the total reserve resources.
