【摘要】:开放存取模式打破了传统商业出版机构对知识的垄断,以"作者付费,读者免费"的模式成为重要的学术交流新途径,极大地推动了人们对知识的获取、使用、共享与传播。近年来,这种新型的模式越来越受到全球国家/地区的学者所关注,并在国家/地区的支持下人们对其的接受度逐年提高。科研基金作为学术资助的重要手段之一,对科研创新与发展的推动作用更是无可替代。自2009年Web of Science数据库完整标注了学术论文的基金资助信息后,基于大样本的基金资助的文献计量研究成为可能。本文在文献计量的基础上将基金计量学方法引入开放存取领域,从领域、学科和国家/地区多个维度对开放存取状况进行挖掘。本文探索了科学基金资助对自然科学领域及其数学、物理、化学、细胞生物学、遗传学、地质学、材料科学、计算机科学八个代表学科的科研论文的开放存取、基金资助及学术影响力状况,并对国家/地区的开放存取发展历程和现状及国家/地区间的发展差别进行深入分析。研究表明:(1)自然科学论文的开放存取率及开放存取基金资助率高于社会科学,并呈现逐年递增的趋势;(2)各学科对开放存取理念的接受程度差异较大,生命科学学科在对OA期刊的接受度较高,OA率增长较快,并且其OA论文对科学基金具有较强的吸引力。而物理、化学以及材料科学等学科对OA期刊的接受程度以及其开放存取论文对科学基金的吸引力还不足;(3)中国、美国和巴西在OA论文总量上占据了半壁江山,巴西的OA率最高,中国的开放存取率增长最快,苏格兰的OA基金资助率最高;(4)科学基金对OA论文的即时影响力和内容影响力提升效果较为明显,对提升地质学和材料科学的主题吸引力,降低数学的零使用和零引用的作用较为显著;(5)开放存取模式对受到科学基金资助论文的影响力提升效果不显著,但对数学、遗传学知识流动性的提高和对地质学的高价值研究的发现具有重要的作用。

This paper explores the science fund of natural sciences and mathematics, physics, chemistry, cell biology, genetics, geology, material science, computer science, open access eight representative subjects of research papers, funded academic influence and status, and the development of open country / regional differences access to the development process and the status quo and the country / region between the in-depth analysis. The research showed that: (1) natural science papers open access rate and open access funds rate is higher than the Social Sciences, and present an increasing trend; (2) the subject of acceptance of the concept of open access is different, the life Sciences in the Journal OA had high acceptance rate of OA growth, and the OA has a strong appeal to the science fund. And physics, chemistry and material science and so on OA Journal Acceptance and open access papers appeal to the science fund is insufficient; (3) Chinese, the United States and Brazil occupy half of the country in the total OA, OA in Brazil was the highest, China open access rate of the fastest growth, Scotland's OA funds rate; (4) the science foundation of OA the immediate influence and content influence promotion effect is obvious, to enhance the geology and materials science theme attraction, reduce the use of mathematics and zero zero reference effect is more significant; (5) open access mode by the science foundation to enhance the effect of influence is not significant, but the mathematics plays an important role in high value research the flow of knowledge and improve the genetics of geology.
