【摘要】:管道阻力参数作为管道重要的流体力学参数,在管道水力计算中起决定性的作用。管道阻力参数包括:曼宁糙率系数n、沿程水头损失系数λ、海澄-威廉系数Ch和当量粗糙度Ks等。随着经济水平的快速发展,新型管道不断的被推出,而新型管道缺乏相应的阻力参数值表,给设计人员在管道工程设计中带来了一定的困难,所以新型管道在投入使用前,需对其进行管道原型水力阻力参数测定试验,测定相应的阻力参数值或其取值范围。为了对新型管道阻力参数进行测定,本文拟研制一套管道阻力参数测定系统,可以在工程管道设计中对新型管道的阻力参数进行测定,避免工程设计时出现按经验给出的阻力参数不准确而造成不利的影响。同时,通过三种常见的塑料管道对该系统进行精确度检验,确定系统的适用性,并且得到三种管道不同管径时的阻力参数值或其取值范围,可应用于实践工程中。通过查阅与管道阻力参数测定试验相关的文献以及水力学书籍,并总结前人试验装置的优缺点,拟定出本文的主要的研究内容为:(1)探讨管道阻力参数测定系统的设计原理、相应的试验理论以及实验结果的处理分析方法;(2)规划管道阻力参数测定系统的整体布置,研究主要试验装置的设计与制作过程以及各装置之间的联系;(3)拟定本文的试验方案和试验步骤,确定试验中所需要的仪器设备;(4)处理分析相关试验结果,确定阻力参数值或其取值范围以及相应的相对误差;(5)确定管道阻力参数测定系统的精确度。通过三种常见塑料管道阻力参数的计算分析,得到以下结论:(1)管道阻力参数测定系统的准确度较高,适用性较强;(2)明确了三种管道阻力参数的变化情况,并确定了其相应的取值或取值范围,通过误差分析得到了系统对于每个阻力参数的相对误差。
[Abstract]:As an important hydrodynamic parameter, pipeline resistance parameters play a decisive role in pipeline hydraulic calculation. Pipeline resistance parameters include: Manning roughness coefficient n, along the hydraulic head loss coefficient 位. Along with the rapid development of economic level, the new type of pipeline has been pushed out continuously, but the new type pipeline lacks the corresponding resistance parameter value table. It has brought some difficulties to the designers in the pipeline engineering design, so it is necessary to test the hydraulic resistance parameters of the new type pipeline before it is put into use. In order to measure the resistance parameters of a new type of pipeline, a system for measuring the resistance parameters of pipelines is developed in this paper. The resistance parameters of the new type pipeline can be measured in the engineering pipeline design to avoid the adverse effect caused by the inaccuracy of the resistance parameters given by experience in the engineering design. The accuracy of the system is tested by three kinds of common plastic pipes, the applicability of the system is determined, and the resistance parameters or the range of the values are obtained when the pipes are of different diameters. It can be used in practical engineering. By consulting the literature and hydraulics books related to the pipe resistance parameter measurement test, the advantages and disadvantages of the former experimental equipment are summarized. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) to discuss the design principle of the pipeline resistance parameter measurement system, the corresponding test theory and the analysis method of the experimental results; (2) to plan the overall arrangement of the pipeline resistance parameter measurement system, to study the design and manufacture process of the main test equipment and the relationship between the devices; (3) drawing up the test plan and procedure of this paper, and determining the instruments and equipments needed in the test; (4) processing and analyzing relevant test results, determining the value of resistance parameter or the range of its value and the relative error; Through the calculation and analysis of three kinds of common plastic pipe resistance parameters, the following conclusion is drawn: 1) the accuracy of the pipeline resistance parameter measurement system is high. The applicability is strong; 2) the variation of three kinds of pipeline resistance parameters is defined, and the corresponding values or ranges are determined, and the relative errors of the system for each resistance parameter are obtained by error analysis.
