欧亚地区厕蝇科Fanniidae系统发育研究

【摘要】：厕蝇科隶属于双翅目环裂亚目的蝇总科。全世界已知约350余种,欧亚地区记录210种。本研究鉴于最早进行厕蝇分类研究的欧洲地区,其许多模式标本已无从查考,而此类标本正是亚洲及其它地域分类研究的模板。在优势的研究基础上,以比较形态学与支序系统学相结合的研究方法,对欧亚地区该类群进行系统修订。本项研究中收集并查阅相关文献300余篇(部),其中翻译外文文献130余篇;检视国内外厕蝇标本4000号标本,共205种(包括模式标本141种);完善与核定文章引证信息1700余条;统计支序分析特征矩阵数据13000余个。其研究成果体现在如下方面:欧亚地区厕蝇科注释名录的完成:通过标本检视、标本采集及分类修订等项研究,确定欧亚地区厕蝇科昆虫迄今已知220种,隶属于3个属。在核查大量相关文献的基础上,完成了欧亚地区厕蝇科注释名录,共引证相关文献315篇(部)。系统发育研究:本次支序系统学研究结果表明,厕蝇科在蝇总科各科间、科内各属间的系统地位,与近年来相关的形态学、分子系统学研究结果基本一致。为该科的分类修订提供了客观佐证。
[Abstract]:The family Muscidae belongs to the general family of flies of the order Diptera, Cyclocleidae.More than 350 species are known in the world and 210 species are recorded in Eurasia.In view of the fact that many type specimens of toilet flies were not available in Europe where the taxonomy of toilet flies was first carried out, this type of specimen is the template for taxonomic studies in Asia and other regions.On the basis of the study of superiority, this paper makes a systematic revision of this kind of group in Eurasia by the method of comparative morphology and branch systematics.In this study, more than 300 articles were collected and consulted, among which more than 130 foreign documents were translated, 4000 specimens of toilet flies were examined at home and abroad, including 4000 species of type specimens, more than 1700 citations of articles were improved and approved.There are more than 13000 characteristic matrix data in statistical order analysis.The research results are as follows: the completion of the annotated list of the family Muscidae in Eurasia: through the study of specimen inspection, specimen collection and classification revision, 220 species have been known and belong to 3 genera in Eurasia.On the basis of checking a large number of related documents, the annotated list of the family Muscidae in Eurasia has been completed, and 315 references have been cited.Phylogenetic study: the results of this branch phylogenetic study showed that the phylogenetic status of the family Muscidae in the general families of flies and among the genera of Kone is basically consistent with the results of morphological and molecular phylogeny studies in recent years.It provides objective evidence for the classification revision of the division.
