【摘要】:青海金诺新型材料公司位于青海省西宁市甘河工业园区,受国际金融危机影响以及环保政策的缩拢,以煤炭为原材料进行生产加工的金诺公司近几年发展受阻,企业销售业绩不佳,其主要原因在于经营业务过于单一,市场议价能力薄弱,叠加煤炭行业发展受限,企业经营风险较大,总结来说,企业的核心竞争力培育不够。内外交困之下,金诺公司迫切需要寻找新的途径,回避现有业务萎缩,开发新型业务,降低企业风险,增强企业自身竞争力和行业地位。2016年初,国家政策提出供给侧改革和创新发展的口号,这对金诺公司来说,或许再迎来企业发展的春天。不过从企业自身出发,单纯依靠政策的扶持显然不是长久之计,在这样的宏观背景下,企业应该梳理自身的优劣,在培育核心竞争力之上先发制人,才能顺利搭上政策快车,获得快速长足的发展。青海金诺新型材料公司基于国家大力支持环保政策以及在青海省政府的大力支持的下,为了突破目前公司面临的困境,获得新的发展契机,决定对自身核心竞争力进行挖掘和培育,以期增强自身实力,降低经营风险,把握市场脉搏,争取行业地位。本文在这样的背景之下,从企业竞争力和企业核心竞争力的理论研究入手,详细界定了企业核心竞争力的内容,以及企业该从技术、管理、创新、市场预见和资源整合这五大能力上来培育企业核心竞争力。概念界定清楚之后,文章详细的分析了金诺公司目前的发展情况以及现有核心竞争力及其不足、成因。并通过运用波特五力模型从行业的角度更加细致的分析了企业目前面临的威胁,需要提高的能力有什么。再通过以上提出的问题,选取了创新研发能力突出,整合资源能力强势,管理模式优化的ASOS公司,以它成功的经验加以分析。它的企业核心竞争力的成功之处正是金诺公司的短处,金诺公司可以学习和借鉴ASOS的成功经验,从而给出了如何培育金诺公司企业核心竞争力的对策建议。以期从小见大,为其它的新型材料企业的发展提供一点建议,进而以期抛砖引玉,吸引更多学者加强相关方面的研究,为企业的转型提供一份理论依据,尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Qinghai Jinnuo New material Co., Ltd is located in the Ganhe Industrial Park of Xining City, Qinghai Province. Due to the impact of the international financial crisis and the shrinking of environmental protection policies, the development of Jinnuo Company, which uses coal as raw material for production and processing, has been blocked in recent years. The main reason for the poor sales performance is that the business is too single, the market bargaining power is weak, the development of superimposed coal industry is limited, and the risk of enterprise operation is greater, to sum up. The cultivation of core competence of enterprises is not enough. Under the difficulties of internal and foreign affairs, Jinno Company urgently needs to find new ways to avoid the shrinking of existing business, to develop new business and to reduce the risk of enterprises. In early 2016, the national policy put forward the slogan of supply-side reform and innovation development, which is for Jinno Company. Perhaps ushered in the spring of enterprise development. But from the enterprise itself, simply relying on policy support is not a long-term plan, in such a macro context, enterprises should comb their own advantages and disadvantages. On the cultivation of core competitiveness on the basis of pre-emptive, can smoothly catch the policy fast train. Get rapid and rapid development. Qinghai Jinnuo New material Company based on the national support for environmental protection policy and the strong support of the Qinghai Provincial Government, in order to break through the current difficulties faced by the company. To obtain a new development opportunity, decided to mine and cultivate their core competitiveness, in order to enhance their own strength, reduce business risks, grasp the pulse of the market, and strive for the status of the industry. Starting with the theoretical research of enterprise competitiveness and enterprise core competence, the content of enterprise core competence is defined in detail, and the enterprise should focus on technology, management and innovation. After defining the concept clearly, the article analyzes in detail the current development situation of Jinnuo Company and the existing core competitiveness and its shortcomings. And through the use of Porter five forces model from the perspective of the industry more detailed analysis of the current threat to enterprises, need to improve the ability to have. Then through the above mentioned issues. Select the innovative R & D ability outstanding integration of resources strong management model optimization of ASOS company. Based on its successful experience, the success of its core competitiveness is the shortcomings of Jinno, Jinno can learn from and learn from the successful experience of ASOS. In this paper, the author gives some suggestions on how to cultivate the core competence of Jinnuo Company, and provides some suggestions for the development of other new-type material enterprises, so as to offer some suggestions for the development of other new-type material enterprises. To attract more scholars to strengthen the relevant research, to provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of enterprises, to do their best.
