拓扑高分子研究:双烯烃单体的环化聚合物以及超支化偶联结构

【摘要】:聚合物的拓扑结构往往决定聚合物的性能,因此新型拓扑结构的聚合物制备及其性质研究,无论在学术上还是实际应用都有重要意义。本文主要研究了两类聚合物拓扑结构。环化聚合物的拓扑结构,使得它具有独特的理化性能。这些自身的物理化学性能也赋予它不同的功能性,从而在不同领域材料的功能化上得到很好的体现。作为树枝状大分子的相似物,超支化聚合物(HBP)是高度支化的三维纳米聚合物,具有很多优异的特征,如足够的空间空穴、带有多个末端活性官能团以及易于制备等。这些优点使得它与其他聚合物区分开来。由于其独特的物理化学特性,HBP的应用已经在各种领域中得到了探索。本文主要的工作包括两部分:一是环化聚合物的制备和水面成膜以及结晶性能的研究;二是关于硝酮偶联超支化的合成。具体内容如下:1)含硅氧烷的双烯烃单体的合成及环聚合研究。1,1,3,3-四苯基二氯硅氧烷和HEMA通过酯化反应得到双烯烃单体产物,双烯烃单体进行RAFT反应制备环化聚合物。主要研究了单体和聚合物的结构、聚合动力学、热力学性能等。结果表明,得到的聚合物是含有大环结构的环化聚合物,没有交联产物产生。2)环化聚合物的成膜性及结晶性。通过研究聚合物在不同溶剂中以不同浓度条件下在水面的成膜性能。通过XRD、TEM以及偏光显微镜等对所成膜的结晶性能进行研究,结果表明聚合物在水面形成的膜有一定的结晶性。3)硝酮对超支化聚合物的偶联。用硝酮偶联剂对由ATRP方法得到的超支化前聚体偶联,主要讨论了硝酮偶联剂和氯化亚铜含量对偶联反应的影响,以及偶联反应的机理。利用偏光显微镜以及XRD等手段探讨了偶联产物的溶致液晶性能。
[Abstract]:The topological structure of polymers often determines the properties of polymers, so the preparation and properties of new types of polymers are studied. Both in academic and practical applications, there are two kinds of polymer topologies studied in this paper. It has unique physical and chemical properties. These physical and chemical properties also give it different functions, which are well reflected in the functionalization of materials in different fields. Hyperbranched polymer (HBP) is a highly branched three-dimensional nano-polymer with many excellent characteristics, such as enough space holes, It has many terminal active functional groups and is easy to prepare. These advantages distinguish it from other polymers. The application of HBP has been explored in various fields because of its unique physical and chemical properties. The main work includes two parts: one is the preparation of cyclic polymers, the study of surface film formation and crystallization performance; The synthesis and ring polymerization of diolefin monomers containing siloxane. The synthesis and cyclization of diolefin monomers containing siloxane. The products of diolefin monomers were obtained by esterification of 1,1 (1) (3) -tetraphenyldichlorosiloxane and HEMA. Cyclized polymers were prepared by RAFT reaction of diolefin monomers. The structure, polymerization kinetics and thermodynamic properties of monomers and polymers were studied. The results showed that the obtained polymers were cyclized polymers with large ring structure. The film formation and crystallinity of the cyclic polymer without crosslinking products. The film forming properties of the polymer at different concentrations in different solvents were studied. The films were formed by XRDX TEM and polarizing microscope. The crystal properties are studied, The results show that the membrane formed by polymer on water has a certain crystallinity. 3) the hyperbranched polymer is coupled with nitrone. The hyperbranched prepolymer obtained by ATRP method is coupled with nitrone coupling agent. The effects of the coupling agent and the content of cuprous chloride on the coupling reaction and the mechanism of the coupling reaction were discussed. The lyotropic liquid crystal properties of the coupling products were investigated by means of polarizing microscope and XRD.
