氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型密封圈的性能表征及应用研究

【摘要】:O型密封圈是制药机械中最常用的密封垫片,密封圈的性能直接影响机械设备的正常运转及使用。新型的氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型密封圈结合了氟塑料与硅橡胶各自材料特性的优点,近年来在密封领域得到了一定的应用和推广。但是目前对该种结构型式的密封圈的系统研究还比较少,因此对氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型密封圈的性能表征及适用性进行全面系统地深入研究有着重要的意义。论文首先介绍了 O型密封圈的发展、应用及研究现状,同时对O型圈密封原理以及氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型密封圈等方面的基本知识进行了概述。阐述了密封对材料的一些基本要求,并比较了不同橡胶材料以及氟塑料材料性能的差异,总结了氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型圈的不同结构形式及相应的制备方法。其次,选用硅橡胶和FEP氟塑料为主要原料,采用熔体焊接法制备了全包覆的复合O型密封圈。通过试验研究了氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型密封圈所选用的两种材料的应力、应变关系,获得了它们的应力-应变曲线,并进一步计算得到硅橡胶和FEP氟塑料的弹性模量应用于之后的模拟分析。最后,根据橡胶材料的Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,应用有限元模拟分析软件ANSYS对氟塑料包覆硅橡胶O型圈及普通硅橡胶O型圈进行了数值模拟,在相同的模拟环境下比较两者应力和接触压力的分布情况,并详细分析了介质压力、压缩率及摩擦系数对应力的影响。结果表明:在包覆O型圈密封中,氟塑料包覆层对硅橡胶芯起到了很好的保护作用,并且提供了均匀稳定的应力分布以保证密封的稳定性。再加上氟塑料优异的物理特性,氟塑料包覆硅橡胶0型密封圈在密封领域有着很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:O type seal gasket is the most commonly used pharmaceutical machinery, sealing performance directly affects the normal operation and the use of mechanical equipment. New type of fluorine plastic coated silicon rubber O ring combines the advantages of fluorine plastic and silicone rubber in their material properties, in recent years in the field of seal has been applied and promoted the but the current system of the sealing ring. The structure is still relatively small, so the properties and applicability of fluorine plastic coated silicon rubber O ring systematically in-depth study has important significance. This paper firstly introduces the development of O type sealing ring, application and research status, basic at the same time of knowledge O ring sealing principle and fluorine plastic coated silicon rubber O ring and other aspects were summarized. Describes some of the basic requirements for materials, sealing, and compared the different rubber materials and fluorine The difference of plastic material properties, summarizes the different structure form and the corresponding preparation method of fluorine plastic coated silicon rubber O ring. Secondly, using silicone rubber and FEP fluorine plastic as the main raw material, the welding method of O type full melt composite coated by the sealing ring. The stress strain relationship of two kinds of materials by experimental study on the selection of fluorine plastic coated silicone rubber O type sealing ring, the stress-strain curve was obtained, and further calculate the simulation analysis in the elastic modulus after application of silicone rubber and FEP fluorine plastics. Finally, according to the rubber material constitutive model of Mooney-Rivlin, the application of finite element simulation analysis software ANSYS of fluorine plastic coated silicon rubber O ring and ordinary silicon rubber O ring was simulated in the simulation environment between the distribution of stress and contact pressure, and a detailed analysis of the medium pressure, pressure Influence of shrinkage stress and friction coefficient. The results showed that: in the O type sealing ring coating, fluorine plastic coating on silicon rubber core plays a very good protective effect, and provides the stable and uniform stress distribution in order to ensure the stability of the seal. Coupled with excellent physical properties of fluoroplastics, fluorine plastic coated silicon rubber sealing ring type 0 has a good application prospect in the field of sealing.
