激光诱导荧光探测气溶胶装置的研制及实验研究

【摘要】:近年来,全球范围内的传染病、雾霾污染、大气环境污染、生物恐怖袭击等严重威胁着人类的正常生活,这些污染都与生物气溶胶息息相关。因此,快速、准确的实现对有害生物气溶胶的实时监测具有重要意义。本文基于激光诱导荧光的原理,设计并搭建了一套探测生物气溶胶的装置,展开对于生物质本征荧光物质核黄素与还原型辅酶I(NADH)的研究,研究了包括温度、浓度、激光能量等在内的各种因素对荧光光谱造成的影响,并最终给出了一套激光诱导荧光激光雷达的遥测方案,为进一步实现利用激光诱导荧光技术探测气溶胶提供理论基础。本文主要工作内容和研究如下:1.搭建一套利用激光诱导荧光原理探测生物气溶胶的装置,并利用核黄素、还原型辅酶I(NADH)、罗丹明B三种典型的荧光物质实现对系统性能的检测,成功获得核黄素、NADH、罗丹明B的荧光光谱图。2.利用该装置,研究影响核黄素和NADH荧光光谱强度的各种因素。这些因素包括浓度、激光能量、溶剂类型、PH值、温度等,初步得到这些因素与荧光光谱强度之间的关系,同时得到系统的检测极限。最后,得到以核黄素为溶质制备的气溶胶的荧光光谱图,并研究了气溶胶粒子粒径与荧光强度的关系。3.给出激光诱导荧光激光雷达的总体设计方案,包括激光器、望远镜、光电探测器、分光元件等主要元件的选型。对系统进行模拟分析,讨论激光单脉冲强度、望远镜接收视场角等对信噪比的影响,模拟出最远探测距离和最低探测浓度。最后分析了噪声的来源与降噪的措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, infectious diseases, haze pollution, atmospheric pollution, bioterrorist attacks and other serious threats to human life, these pollution is closely related to biological aerosols. Accurate realization of real-time monitoring of harmful aerosols is of great significance. Based on the principle of laser-induced fluorescence, a device for detecting biological aerosols is designed and built. The study of riboflavin and reduced coenzyme Ignadh, the intrinsic fluorescent substance of biomass, was carried out, and the effects of various factors, including temperature, concentration and laser energy, on the fluorescence spectrum were studied. Finally, a set of telemetry scheme for lidar is given. In order to provide a theoretical basis for further using laser induced fluorescence technology to detect aerosols, the main work and research in this paper are as follows: 1.A set of devices using laser induced fluorescence principle to detect biological aerosols are built, and riboflavin is used. The fluorescence spectra of riboflavin NADH and rhodamine B were successfully obtained by using three typical fluorescent substances such as reductive coenzyme Igna NADHN, Rhodamine B, and Rhodamine B, respectively. Various factors affecting the fluorescence intensity of riboflavin and NADH were studied. These factors include concentration, laser energy, solvent type PH value, temperature and so on. The relationship between these factors and fluorescence spectral intensity was preliminarily obtained. Finally, the fluorescence spectra of aerosol prepared with riboflavin as solute were obtained, and the relationship between aerosol particle size and fluorescence intensity was studied. 3. The overall design of laser-induced fluorescent lidar was presented. Including the selection of laser, telescope, photodetector, splitter and other main components. The system is simulated and analyzed, and the influence of laser monopulse intensity and the angle of view received by telescope on SNR is discussed. The furthest detection range and the lowest detection concentration are simulated. Finally, the source of noise and the measures to reduce noise are analyzed.
