A级箱板纸生产中造纸化学品及新技术的应用

【摘要】:现今由于人们环保意识的日益增强,箱纸板作为可再生绿色环保材料,代替了部分塑料、金属、玻璃等包装材料,成为更理想的包装选择,铜版纸、白卡纸、新闻纸均已产能过剩,而箱纸板的市场需求相对较高,因此大量投建箱纸板生产线是目前大势所趋。为提高箱板纸厂的市场竞争力,重点针对箱板纸厂实际生产中功能助剂的应用情况进行跟踪,分析讨论,探索功能助剂的适宜使用工艺。主要探究应用的功能助剂有:助留助滤剂、干强剂、表面施胶剂及消泡剂等,并对纸机运用的新技术进行介绍。在牛皮箱纸板生产期间对助留助滤剂进行跟踪,纸机所用助留助滤剂为CPAM/膨润土微粒助留助滤体系,在试验期间,保持CPAM吨纸用量不变观察吨纸膨润土使用量的变化对系统助留助滤效果的影响,保持膨润土吨纸使用量不变观察吨纸CPAM使用量的变化对系统助留助滤效果的影响,最终综合成纸质量指标、成本等因素,确定CPAM吨纸使用量为0.25~0.35kg·t-1,膨润土吨纸使用量为1~2kg·t-1。在牛皮箱板纸干强剂工艺中,试验了聚丙烯酰胺系列干强剂(以下简称PAM)添加使用效果,在原工艺条件不变的情况下,逐渐增加PAM的添加用量,观察成纸层间结合力、耐折度、耐破指数等物理指标变化,以及对首程留着率、白水PCD、电导率进行跟踪,观察添加PAM后对湿部系统的影响,保证纸机运行效率。期间还试验了两性木薯淀粉取代干强剂的实验,保持干强剂小量添加,改变两性木薯淀粉添加量观察成纸物理指标的变化。最终确定使用PAM作为干强剂使用,吨纸使用量在10~20kg·t-1。在牛皮箱纸板表面施胶工艺中,对正在使用的华吉-08施胶剂与贝克吉利尼-532以及可思克-718型施胶剂进行效果对比,节约成本。在生产105g·m-2红杉期间试验贝克吉利尼-532后对比发现,在同样工艺条件下,达到同样成纸质量指标下贝克吉利尼-532吨纸使用量为1.1~1.5kg·t-1,华吉-08吨纸使用量为5.0kg·t-1。在生产100g·m-2T纸期间使用可思克-718后对比发现,在同样工艺条件,达到同样成纸质量指标下可思克718吨纸使用量为1.0~1.6kg·t-1,华吉-08吨纸使用量为2.7kg·t-1。该生产线采用了Voith企业的制浆线和metso企业的纸机线,配套的DCS和QCS远程控制系统,实现自动化控制;引进芬顿氧化技术对造纸废水进行深度处理,废水大量回收利用;企业建有自己的热电厂,实现了热电联产。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, due to the increasing awareness of environmental protection, carton board, as a renewable green material, has replaced some packaging materials such as plastic, metal and glass, and has become a more ideal packaging choice, coated paper, white card paper, etc. Newsprint has overcapacity, and the market demand of carton board is relatively high, so a large number of carton paperboard production line is the trend of the times. In order to improve the market competitiveness of the paperboard factory, the application of functional auxiliaries in the actual production of the paperboard factory was tracked, analyzed and discussed, and the suitable process for the use of functional additives was explored. The main functional aids are: retention and drainage aid, dry strength agent, surface sizing agent and defoaming agent, etc. The retention and drainage aid was tracked during the production of Kraft box paperboard. The retention and drainage aid used in the paper machine was CPAM/ bentonite particle retention and drainage system. The influence of the amount of bentonite on the retention and drainage effect of the system was observed by keeping the amount of CPAM ton paper unchanged, and the effect of the change of the amount of CPAM used on the retention and drainage effect of the system was observed by keeping the amount of bentonite per ton paper unchanged. Finally, by synthesizing the quality index and cost of the finished paper, it is determined that the usage of CPAM ton paper is 0.25~0.35kg t-1, and that of bentonite ton paper is 1~2kg t-1. The effect of adding polyacrylamide series dry strength agent (pam) was tested in the process of Kraft carton paperboard dry strength agent. Under the condition that the original process conditions were unchanged, the addition amount of PAM was gradually increased, and the interlaminar adhesion and folding resistance of the paper were observed. The change of physical indexes such as breaking resistance index, and the tracking of the first process retention rate, white water PCDs and electrical conductivity, the effect of adding PAM on the wet end system is observed to ensure the efficiency of the paper machine. The experiment of amphoteric cassava starch replacing dry strength agent was also carried out to keep a small amount of dry strength agent and change the amount of amphoteric cassava starch to observe the change of paper physical index. Finally, PAM was used as dry strength agent, and the amount of paper per ton was used in 10~20kg t-1. In the process of surface sizing of Kraft carton, the effect of Waggy-08 sizing agent in use is compared with that of Becky-532 and Kosk-718 sizing agent, which saves cost. During the production of 105g m-2 Sequoia sequoia, the results showed that under the same technological conditions, the amount of baker Gillie -532 ton paper was 1.1~1.5kg t-1 and Huagi -08 ton paper was 5.0kg t-1 under the same technological conditions. After using Cosco 718 during the production of 100g m-2T paper, it was found that under the same technological conditions, the amount of Cosik 718 ton paper was 1.0~1.6kg t-1, and that of Huagi -08 ton paper was 2.7kg t-1 under the same conditions. In this production line, the pulping line of Voith enterprise and the paper machine line of metso enterprise are adopted, and the remote control system of DCS and QCS is used to realize automatic control, and the advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater is carried out by Fenton oxidation technology, and the waste water is recovered and utilized in large quantities. The enterprise has its own thermal power plant, to achieve the cogeneration of heat and power.
