女士连衣裙造型及合体度参数化研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands of garment production efficiency, garment quality and clothing comfort in the garment industry and clothing research field in China, the two-dimensional garment CAD technology has been widely used and brought economic benefits today. 3D garment CAD (including 3D human body scanning technology and 3D virtual fitting technology) technology is gradually popularizing and replacing two-dimensional garment CAD technology. On the basis of it, the process of plate design, garment design and sample garment manufacture is further simplified. However, there is not an accurate parameter to describe and measure the modeling and fit degree of clothing under the environment of 2D or 3D CAD. Therefore, according to 2016-2017 popular women's dress modelling, make different layout parameters, fabric type, style type and so on women's dress sample clothing, through the three-dimensional human body scanner to the human body and the clothing accurate measurement, It is of great significance to analyze the parameterized expression of dress shape and fit degree. In this paper, we take the "human body dress" system as the research object, through the research and analysis to the fabric physical property, the lady dress pattern parameter, the dress style type and so on, optimizes and consummates the 3D virtual fitting modeling database. The main research contents of this topic are as follows: collect the famous women's dress show pattern of 2016, combine 3D CAD technology to analyze the fashion of women's dress in 2016 by digital method; The KES fabric style evaluation test and physical property test were carried out on five different fabrics used in this experiment, the basic pattern structure of dress was determined by experiment, the special dress pattern structure and sample garment were made, and the 3D human body scanning was carried out. Through the subjective and objective experimental results, the rules of fabric style and property parameters, dress pattern structure parameters, dress style type and fit degree parameters are analyzed and summarized, which can be used as a reference for 3D garment CAD modeling. Based on the above research, we can draw conclusions: (1) the shape of the dress in 2016 is H type, and the specific modeling features can be represented by accurate parameters; (2) the dress body degree can be expressed and measured by specific parameters, such as the height of the pendulum, (3) layout structure, clothing fabric and dress style type will affect the parameters of dress fit degree, and the specific relationship is expressed by linear regression equation.
