河蚌壳的综合开发利用研究

【摘要】:我国是水产养殖的大国,并且我国内部湖泊河流分布广泛,我国海域面积也十分辽阔,因此水产动物种类繁多,本研究主要解决废弃河蚌壳的资源化利用这一难题。贝类水产大多被加工为食品,在加工过程中贝壳多被废弃,没有进行合理开发利用,这不仅给我们生活的环境造成巨大的压力,同时也浪费了贝壳中富含的的生物钙和氨基酸。本论文主要将废弃河蚌壳中的氨基酸进行有效分离提纯,并将废弃河蚌壳以不同的比例作为硅橡胶的补强填料加入硅橡胶,改善硅橡胶的性能,节约常规补强填料的用量,同时对资源实施有效利用。通过改进碱提酸沉的方法提取废弃河蚌壳中的蛋白质,然后将蛋白质进行水解,得到氨基酸。利用紫外吸收、凯氏定氮和氨基酸自动分析仪进行分析测试。通过结果分析可知,河蚌壳蛋白的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比是1:40、提取液的pH值为11、提取温度是50℃、提取时间是4 h,废弃河蚌壳中总蛋白的质量分数为3.01%,废弃河蚌壳中共含有十六种氨基酸,八种人体必需氨基酸中,河蚌壳中含有六种。这不仅对环境起到了保护作用,也对资源进行了充分合理地利用,在生物科技和食品领域具有潜在价值。通过改进高温硫化硅橡胶的制备方法,提高室温硫化硅橡胶的性能指标,将河蚌壳粉与气相白炭黑和沉淀白炭黑按一定比例混合,作为高温硫化硅橡胶的补强填料,改善硅橡胶的性能指标。通过对硅橡胶的外观、硬度、拉伸强度、扯断强度(MPa)、热失重等分析项目进行分析测试。通过结果分析可知,加入一定比例河蚌壳粉的硅橡胶的硬度、拉伸强度、扯断强度(MPa)和热失重等均有不同程度的提高。不仅节约了白炭黑的使用量和硅橡胶制备的成本,更对水产废弃资源进行了有效利用,以及对环境的保护。
[Abstract]:China is a large country of aquaculture, and the lake rivers are widely distributed in our country, and the sea area of our country is also very vast, so there are many kinds of aquatic animals. This study mainly solves the problem of resource utilization of abandoned river clam shell. Shellfish are mostly processed as food, and the shells are often abandoned during the processing process, which not only causes great pressure to our living environment, but also wastes the rich biological calcium and amino acids in the shells. In this paper, the amino acids in the waste river shell were effectively separated and purified, and the waste river shell was added as the reinforcing filler of silicone rubber in different proportion. The performance of silicone rubber was improved and the amount of conventional reinforcing filler was saved. At the same time, the implementation of effective use of resources. The protein was extracted from the abandoned river clam shell by the improved alkali extraction and acid precipitation method, and then the protein was hydrolyzed to obtain amino acid. UV absorption, Kjeldahl nitrogen and amino acid automatic analyzer were used to analyze and test.
