阳离子蛋白衍生物浆料的合成及应用

【摘要】:随着人们对棉产品消费需求的增加,棉纱上浆浆料的使用量非常巨大。针对目前PVA浆料难生物降解的问题,研发出一种易生物降解的清洁型浆料,符合环保发展的要求,因此这是一项非常重要的研究课题。本研究的目的是开发一类易生物降解的阳离子蛋白类浆料,用于替代难生物降解的PVA浆料,并提升废弃蛋白原料的再利用价值。课题首先以明胶蛋白作为一种原料,与丙烯酸类单体进行乳液聚合,合成出一类蛋白衍生物助剂;然后再将其与自制的一种高反应性阳离子交联剂(WLS)反应,制备一种季铵盐型阳离子蛋白衍生物浆料,将该浆料应用于纯棉和涤棉纱线上浆。本文以浆液的接枝率、接枝效率,浆纱上浆率、增强率、减伸率以及毛羽降低率等为评价指标,研究了明胶蛋白、丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸丁酯的质量比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、合成温度、合成时间以及WLS用量等合成工艺条件对纯棉纱线上浆性能的影响,确定了阳离子蛋白衍生物浆料的最佳合成工艺,该浆料的结构和性能进行表征和分析。结果表明,本研究合成出的阳离子蛋白衍生物浆料是目标产物,该浆料具有阳离子基团和蛋白结构。可以有效的提高浆纱的强力,减少纱线的毛羽,并且可以替代难生物降解的PVA浆料,同时浆纱经适当条件的精练退浆后,染色性能显著提高。而且该浆料以明胶蛋白作为一种主要原料,可以有效利用废弃物,因此合成浆料符合绿色环保浆料发展的要求,有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the increase of consumption demand for cotton products, the amount of sizing material used in cotton yarn is very large. In order to solve the problem of difficult biodegradation of PVA slurry, a kind of clean slurry which is easy to biodegradable is developed, which accords with the requirements of environmental protection development, so it is a very important research topic. The purpose of this study is to develop a kind of cationic protein size which is easy to biodegradable to replace the difficult biodegradable PVA slurry and to enhance the reuse value of waste protein raw material. Firstly, gelatin protein was used as a raw material for emulsion polymerization with acrylic monomers to synthesize a kind of protein derivative auxiliaries. Then a quaternary ammonium salt cationic protein derivative size was prepared by reacting it with a self-made cationic cross-linking agent (WLS). The sizing agent was applied to sizing pure cotton and polyester-cotton yarns. In this paper, the grafting rate, grafting efficiency, sizing rate, strengthening rate, elongation reduction rate and hairiness reduction rate of sizing were used as evaluation indexes. The mass ratio of gelatin protein, acrylamide to butyl acrylate, the amount of emulsifier, and the amount of initiator were studied. The effects of synthetic conditions such as synthesis temperature, synthesis time and the amount of WLS on the sizing properties of pure cotton yarn were studied. The optimum synthesis process of cationic protein derivative size was determined. The structure and properties of the slurry were characterized and analyzed. The results show that the cationic protein derivative size synthesized in this study is the target product, and the size has cationic groups and protein structure. It can effectively improve the strength of sizing, reduce the hairiness of yarn, and can replace the difficult biodegradable PVA sizing. At the same time, the dyeing property of sizing is improved obviously after the sizing is desizing under appropriate conditions. Moreover, gelatin protein is used as a main raw material, and the waste can be used effectively. Therefore, the synthetic slurry accords with the requirements of the development of green and environmental friendly slurry, and has a good application prospect.
