南亚的能源安全、能效以及经济环境绩效研究

  化石燃料能源对能源安全有着重要影响。因为第一次石油危机对大多数国家的经济造成了严重的损害,石油供应安全被认为是能源安全的一个重要方面。人们对能源安全和石油供应中断所引起的相关能源安全问题的关注日益增加。从微观和宏观层面的能源安全决策、能源效率以及环境绩效对国家和地区层具有直接影响,因此,本论文对衡量能源安全、能源效率、环境绩效以及可再生能源进行研究,并提出了解决南亚地区的能源三难困境的科学方案。首先,我们以衡量石油供应脆弱性的指数来衡量能源安全,进而比较世界前15个石油进口南亚国家。能源安全指数包括进口石油占GDP比重、市场流动性、地缘政治风险、人均GDP、多元化、进口石油占消费比重、运输风险、油价波动、美元波动等综合指标。综合指标(composite indicator,CI)和主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)是两种常用的方法将上述指标结合起来。虽然已经有许多技术用于评价石油脆弱性指数,如DEA等模型和马科维茨投资组合理论,但没有一种方法将主成分分析和综合指标结合起来,形成石油脆弱性指数。研究结果显示,南亚国家的经济、供应和整体石油脆弱性...
