【摘要】：农业现代化是中国农业发展的既定目标,也是实现全面建成小康社会战略目标的重要保证。农业现代化与工业化、城镇化、信息化同步发展的具体要求就是秉承产业融合发展理念,不断延伸农业产业链条,快速推进农业“接二连三”发展,最终提升农业增收能力。而农产品加工业正是实现上述发展的核心抓手。因此,对农产品加工业发展进行研究具有很强的现实意义。另一方面,在上述现实背景下,中央及各省纷纷出台政策推进农产品加工业发展,从而在全国引发各种农产品加工业发展实践探索。正是这些实践探索为开展农产品加工业相关研究提供了绝佳机会。辽宁省作为东北老工业基地,农业大省,粮食主产区及农副食品基地,一直以来都很重视农产品加工业的发展。2003年时,辽宁省政府就出台了《关于促进农产品加工业发展的意见》推进全省农产品加工业发展。截止目前,农产品加工业已成为辽宁省第二大支柱产业。那么,辽宁省农产品加工业目前发展变迁如何,存在哪些区域空间特征,辽宁农产品加工业与全国农产品加工业之间存在什么关系,哪些因素决定了辽宁农产品加工业的发展水平等问题都是亟待回答的问题。本文的研究目标是基于19,98-2014年的统计数据,在对辽宁省农产品加工业的发展现状、行业结构及全国视角发展变迁的时空特征统计分析的基础上,建立计量模型对辽宁农产品加工业与全国农产品加工业之间的协整关系及农产品加工业发展的决定因素进行实证分析,从而为下一步发展提供实证依据。主要研究内容及结论：1.对辽宁省农产品加工业的总体情况、行业结构的时间特征变迁分析结果表明：2008-2013年期间辽宁省规模以上农产品加工企业除了企业单位个数有所缩减外,资产总额、主营业务收入、全部从业人员和利税总额都呈现快速增长态势；辽宁农产品加工业具有以农副食品加工业为主,服装及其他纤维制品制造业、食品制造业为辅,其他行业兼顾的行业结构特征,且这种结构特征没有随时间发生明显的改变,具有一定的稳定性。2.对辽宁省农产品加工业的省内区域空间分布特征分析表明：辽宁省14个地区产业发展差异显著,沈阳和大连的农产品加工业发展水平分别位列一二,它们的农产品加工企业数量各占全省总数的1/5,企业工业总产值和利税贡献等方面沈阳几乎占1/3,大连占1/5,有明显的集聚效应。对2014年480家农产品加工省级龙头企业数据分析结果表明,在各方面排名前两名的还是沈阳和大连,只是大连更强。3.对辽宁省农产品加工业发展水平进行全国视角的时间特征变迁分析发现：辽宁省农产品加工业在全国占有一席之地,辽宁省农产品加工业所含的2/3行业发展水平都在全国平均水平之上；相比企业单位个数优势来说,在主营业务收入、利润和税收总额等体现行业发展质量方面的优势更加明显；随着时间变迁,这种优势呈上升趋势。4.利用因子分析法和协整模型考察了辽宁省和全国农产品加工业之间的关系。利用因子分析法对辽宁省和全国的农副食品加工业等4个主要农产品加工行业的11个经济指标进行降维处理和主成分提取,产生对每个行业综合发展水平刻画的综合指标。通过协整模型和格兰杰因果关系检验发现,辽宁省和全国农产品加工业之间存在长期稳定的协整关系；短期看,前者对后者的影响较为明显,而长期看,前者还是在后者的发展中汲取更多营养。5.基于辽宁省14个地区2010-2013年的面板数据,对农产品加工业发展决定因素的固定效应模型分析表明：各地区的农业产出水平,工业发展水平,人力资本教育水平,金融、零售业发展程度等外在经济环境,医疗失业保险水平等外在社会环境都对其农产品加工业总产值形成显著影响。因此,辽宁省农产品加工业发展应继续融入并努力引领全国农产品加工业发展。为此,辽宁省应继续在提高农业生产水平,提升工业的带动效应,提高市场流通便利性,健全创新创业的经济环境和社会环境方面出台相关政策；在充分考虑地区差异的条件下,继续对全省农产品加工业在14个地区的布局进行优化,从而实现农产品加工业的进一步繁荣发展。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is the goal of agricultural development China, is also an important guarantee to achieve a comprehensive strategic goal to build a well-off society. Agricultural modernization and industrialization, urbanization, the specific requirements of the simultaneous development of the information industry convergence is adhering to the idea of development, continue to extend the industrial chain of agriculture, promote agricultural "one after another" fast development, improve agricultural income and ability. The agricultural product processing industry is the core of the starting point to achieve the above development. Therefore, research on the development of agricultural products processing industry has a strong practical significance. The practice provides an excellent opportunity for the development of agricultural products processing industry related research. Liaoning Province as the northeast old industrial Base, a major agricultural province, the major grain producing areas and agricultural food base, has always attached great importance to the development of agricultural product processing industry in.2003 years, the Liaoning provincial government issued "on promoting the development of agricultural products processing industry opinions to promote the province's agricultural product processing industry development. At present, the agricultural products processing industry has become the second largest in Liaoning province pillar industry. So, agricultural product processing industry of Liaoning province at present how to change, what are the characteristics of regional space, what is the relationship between the processing industry of agricultural products processing industry in Liaoning and the national agricultural products, what factors determine the Liaoning agricultural product processing industry development level is to answer the question. The goal of this paper is the statistical data of 19,98-2014 based on the current development of agricultural product processing industry of Liaoning Province, based on statistical analysis of spatial and temporal characteristics of the development and change of industry structure and the national perspective On the establishment of measurement model of agricultural products processing industry in Liaoning national agricultural products processing industry and the Cointegration and the development of agricultural products processing industry determinants of empirical analysis, so as to provide an empirical basis for the next stage of development. The analysis of regional spatial distribution of agricultural product processing industry of Liaoning province the characteristics of certain stability of.2. showed that 14 areas of industrial development in Liaoning province had significant difference, the development level of agricultural products processing industry in Shenyang and Dalian were ranked one or two, the number of agricultural products processing enterprises are all accounted for 1/5 of the province's total, total industrial output value of enterprises and profit contribution such as Shenyang accounted for almost 1/3, Dalian accounted for 1/5, has obvious agglomeration effect.
