纺织服装供应链的跨组织协作优化

随着当今时尚市场对个性化、定制化需求的日益增长,小批量柔性生产和大量定制生产成为纺织服装供应链的主要发展方向。为了应对这一趋势,纺织服装业的产业结构需要重新组织,新型的供应链业务模式亟待开发。跨组织的供应链合作在供应链实践和供应链研究中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为一个有希望解决上述问题的方向。为保持在未来纺织服装行业中的竞争力,纺织服装公司,尤其是中小企业,需要发展与其他公司的合作关系,并采用适当的供应链合作战略。基于以上背景,该论文以供应链合作为主要研究方向,为纺织服装行业提出了三种在不同背景下针对不同目标的跨组织供应链合作模型。第一种模型是针对纺织服装供应链中服装生产阶段的跨组织合作模型。在该研究中,一个新型的资源共享机制被提出,并作为主要的合作方式。两家规模相似的服装生产企业之间实施资源共享机制。该研究开发了一种基于仿真的启发式算法用于优化资源共享的最佳方案。针对不同研究问题,该研究进行了离散事件仿真实验,并得出了多标准下的最佳资源共享方案。第二种模型是通过设计开发中央订单处理系统,以优化需求驱动模式下的整个纺织服装供应链为目的,整合了纵向合作和横向合作的创新型跨组织供应链合作模...
