区域港口群的竞合关系网络研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化日渐加剧,航运联盟也越来越凸显其巨大影响力的今天,区域港口群内部港口之间必须要建立必要的竞争合作战略关系,依靠整体力量共同面对国际竞争。港口之间的关系也在逐渐由单纯的竞争或合作,逐步转变为"竞合"、"双赢"的关系模式,港口之间为竞争而合作,以合作求竞争是未来港口关系发展的新趋势。各区域港口群在发展的过程中,已逐渐意识到港口之间的同质竞争会造成港口资源的浪费和过度建设等不良后果,与国际港口总体发展的趋势背道而驰,因此十分愿意尝试建立良性竞合关系。有机遇有挑战,对区域港口群内部的竞争及合作进行合理的规划,已成为一项刻不容缓的任务。本文从网络的视角,基于基元理论,社会网络分析,博弈论和复杂网络演化分析方法,针对如何在区域港口群竞合网络中正确定位港口功能,如何规划和建立最优港口群竞合关系,进行了分析研究和探索。主要研究内容包括四个方面。1)基于可拓学基元的理论建立了区域港口群多重竞合关系的网络模型,解决了以往网络模型忽视节点属性对节点行为、网络结构的影响问题,优化了网络模型的结构组成(多重关系),克服了多重网络并行分析的难题。2)在网络模型基础之上,主要运用社会网络分析方法对区域港口群竞合网络的结构特性进行了全面解析。指导区域港口群如何规划港口布局和分工,以形成层次分明、定位明确、合理分工的良性港口群竞合关系网络。3)分别建立了基于区域港口群网络外部性的完全信息静态非合作博弈模型,基于TFT策略的重复博弈模型及嵌入网络的合作博弈模型,全面深刻地解析了区域港口群竞合网络上的博弈各发展阶段及其均衡态。4)基于网络拓扑结构对BA模型进行改进,建立了区域港口群货物喂给合作网络的演化模型,通过matlab仿真模拟证实了其有效性和合理性。选取珠三角港口群进行实例分析,使用MATLAB和Ucinet软件实现了分析的全部过程。
[Abstract]:In the economic globalization intensifies, shipping alliances are increasingly highlighting its huge influence today, we must establish the necessary relationship between competition and cooperation strategy of port internal regional ports, relying on the overall strength to face international competition. The relationship between ports is gradually from pure competition or cooperation, and gradually transformed into "competing". "The relationship model of win-win, competition and cooperation among ports, cooperation and competition is a new trend of future development. The relationship between port and regional port group in the process of development, has been gradually aware of the homogeneous competition between ports will cause the port resources waste and excessive construction and other adverse consequences, and the overall development of international port draw further apart the trend, so it is willing to try to establish the benign competition relationship. In case of organic challenges, reasonable planning of regional port group internal competition and cooperation, has become An urgent task. This article from the network perspective, based on basic element theory, social network analysis, analysis method of evolutionary game theory and complex network, aiming at how to Regional Port Group Co opetition network in the right position of port function, how to plan and establish the optimal Port Group Co opetition relationship, analyzes the research and exploration of the main research. The content includes four aspects:.1) extension element theory established a network model of regional port group based on multiple competing relationship, solves the network model of node behavior ignored node attributes, the influence of network structure, optimize the structure of network model (multiple relationships), overcome multiple network parallel analysis the problem of.2) on the network model, using social network analysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the structure characteristics of the Regional Port Group Co opetition network method. Guide the regional port group How to plan the port layout and division of labor, to form a structured, clear positioning, benign Port Group Co opetition relationship network.3 rational division) cooperative game model of complete information of the port group network externalities are established based on static non cooperative game model, repeated game model and embedded network TFT strategy based on a comprehensive and profound analysis the game of the port group on the CO opetition network development stage and its equilibrium state.4) improvement of BA model based on the network topology, the establishment of a regional port group of goods feed to the evolution model of the cooperation network, through MATLAB simulation confirms the validity and rationality are analyzed as an example. The Pearl River Delta port cluster, use the MATLAB and Ucinet software to realize the analysis of the whole process.
