【摘要】:创新创业教育成为中国高等教育理论研究和实践研究的双热点,被视为21世纪的“第三本教育护照”,创新创业教育是建设创新型国家、提高教育教学质量、缓解就业压力的客观需要。知识经济时代和工业4.0时代带来了高等教育的重大变革,崇尚个性化、定制化、数字化、共享化的创新型社会形态需要大量的创新创业型人才,美术院校具有创新创业教育的先天优势,在创新创业型人才培养、技术转移及成果转化等方面与社会经济发展建立起密切联系。基于这样的背景,美术院校的创新创业教育将与专业教育耦合联动,形成自己的鲜明特色。论文肯定了创新创业教育对于人才培养的重要作用,针对当代中国美术院校创新创业教育的现状,通过理论分析、比较分析、实证分析等方法,结合美术院校的实际,挖掘创新创业教育的组织模式和运行机制,优化美术院校创新创业教育体系,探索具有美术院校特点的创新创业教育发展新模式,最后提出美术院校创新创业教育的战略方向。本文的研究内容主要包括以下几方面:1、以哲学思辨为支撑,分析美术院校创新创业教育的本质、内容、目标和模式。美术院校创新创业教育必须强调与专业教育的融合发展;核心内容要更加注重整体性,培养学生的理性行动力;教育目的要回归人本身,突出学生的主体地位,体现其尊严和价值;教育方法要采用体验式、引导式、互动式的教学,全面提升学生综合素质,促进学生全面发展。2、提出基于美术院校人才培养的创新创业教育理念,区分了美术院校与综合院校依托经管、商学专业实施的创新创业教育,明确了美术院校创新创业教育的典型特点:创新求美,创业求艺,创新创业教育与专业教育的耦合性。3、运用一般到特殊的研究方法,分析国内外高校开展创新创业教育的模式,在借鉴国内外经验的基础上,提出实现创新创业教育在美术院校中的科学定位、建立完善的创新创业教育和孵化体系、重视对美术院校学生社会责任感的引导、建立分层分类的指导模式、建立非线性的过程化评价体系。4、通过对八大美院的实证调研和学生访谈,发现美术院校创新创业教育的理念有所缺失、育人合力尚未形成、学科体系亟待建立、管理体系不够健全、评价机制仍需完善、生态系统尚未形成。5、从外部政策与社会舆论环境、内部体系、运行模式、运行机制四个方面构建了美术院校创新创业教育体系的框架模型,探索符合美术院校特点的四种创新创业教育模式,即“循环圈”模式、Q-P-M-O模式、混合型模式及“五位一体”协同创新模式。6、明确在理念转变和战略视角转变下美术院校创新创业教育的未来趋势,提出创新创业教育与专业教育的耦合联动及其运行模式,并尝试进行了个案探索。本文的研究为美术院校创新创业教育理念的推广与实施奠定了基础,创新创业教育模式的相关成果必须在具体的教育实践中不断优化和完善,希望本文的研究成果能够为美术院校创新创业型人才培养提供理论依据和方法指导。

Finally put forward the strategic direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in art colleges.
