加纳可可合作社对可可种植户收入的影响研究

　　这项研究的目的是为了调查合作社如何帮助加纳可可种植者增加收入。本研究具有重要的实践意义,因为这将有助于解决加纳可可种植者面临的众多挑战。这项研究主要是为了了解合作社对可可种植者收入的影响、以赋能形式获得的援助以及合作社面临的主要挑战。本研究采用了多种研究方法,通过田野调查、问卷和访谈等方式收集了500名可可种植者的资料。本文基于结构方程模型和图表对相关资料进行分析。具体分析软件是SPSS和AMOS。本文研究结果发现合作社对种植可可的农民产生了积极影响。其次,合作社有助于加纳种植可可的农民提高生产率、产量和收入,有助于改善农民的社会经济福祉。再次,合作社主要通过培训其良好的耕作方法来提高农民能力的。例如,修剪、种植、整理土地活动、防治病虫害、收割以及如何有效和高效率地施用肥料。所有这些培训方案使农民获得必要的培训和技能,以帮助他们改善农场上的所有活动。这些培训是按计划间隔组织的,其中一些是每月和每年组织一次。最后,本文建议合作社的活动必须得到所有利益攸关方(加纳可可委员会、可可的政府用户和农民)的支持,以使加纳的可可种植具有可持续性。
