【摘要】:目的:根据前期研究发现慢性荨麻疹发作时间“两峰值”现象及营卫理论研究,观察周光教授基于荨麻疹发作时间规律辨证论治经验方的临床疗效,探索慢性荨麻疹有效治疗方药。方法:选取临床典型病例共110例,依其就诊顺序随机分为2组,每组再依据患者兼症不同进行分组(卫阳虚弱、阴虚内热、气阴两虚三组),治疗组给予中药汤剂口服,对照组在中药汤剂基础上同时给予枸地氯雷他定片口服,并随皮损症状减轻而逐渐减量至停药。治疗期8周,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状变化情况,随访12周后,观察两组复发率。结果:(1)共调查符合纳入标准的慢性荨麻疹患者110例,其中治疗组58例,对照组共52例,两组患者发疹时间主要集中于辰时、巳时、戌时、子时四个时间段,具有明显时间发作规律。(2)治疗8周期间,两组组内治疗1周、治疗2周与治疗前比较均无差异,P0.05;治疗4周、治疗6周、治疗8周两组组内比较有差异,P0.05;治疗8周期间,两组组间比较无差异,P0.05;停药12周后,两组组间比较及组内比较均有差异,P0.05,有统计学意义。(3)两组总有效率比较,治疗组痊愈19例,显效25例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率为75.86%(44/58例);对照组治愈14例,显效22例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率为69.23%(36/52例);复发率比较,治疗组随访12周共复发6例(31.58%),对照组共复发8例(57.14%)。结论:周光教授经验方在改善慢性荨麻疹患者临床症状方面及降低复发率方面有较好的作用,可为慢性荨麻疹患者治疗提供有效选择。
[Abstract]:Objective: according to the previous study found that the time of "two peak" phenomenon and Ying Wei theory research of chronic urticaria episodes, observe clinical curative effect, week urticarial time of treatment based on syndrome differentiation based on experience, to explore the effective treatment of chronic urticaria.
