加味二妙颗粒联合尤靖安治疗HR-HPV持续感染伴CINI临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察加味二妙颗粒联合尤靖安治疗HR-HPV持续感染伴CINI临床疗效,寻求一种可以有效预防宫颈癌的中药组方。方法:选取2014年10月至2016年03月期间,就诊于江苏省中医院妇科门诊的60例患者,根据纳入标准,将60例HR-HPV持续感染伴CINI的患者随机分为中药联合干扰素治疗组、干扰素对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用加味二妙颗粒联合尤靖安治疗,对照组仅予尤靖安。以3个月为一个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程,观察HPV转阴率、CINI逆转率、中医证候积分变化及临床疗效情况。结果:①中药联合干扰素治疗组患者HPV转阴26例,干扰素组患者HPV转阴19例,两组HPV转阴率比较有显著的统计学差异,联合治疗组的HPV转阴率明显高于对照组。②中药联合干扰素治疗组CINI逆转27例,干扰素对照组CINI逆转20例,中药联合干扰素治疗组CINI的逆转率明显高于干扰素对照组。③按中医证候积分比较:两组治疗前后积分均明显减少,治疗后组间比较,中药联合干扰素治疗组明显优于干扰素对照组。④中药联合干扰素治疗组、干扰素对照组总有效率为93.33%、73.33%,中药联合干扰素治疗组在临床疗效方面明显优于干扰素对照组。结论:加味二妙颗粒联合尤靖安对于治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV持续感染伴CINI的患者有较好临床疗效,在提高HPV转阴率、逆转宫颈病理改变及改善患者的中医证候方面较单用西药作用更为明显,且用药安全、可靠,无毒副作用,值得临床进一步推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Ermiao granule combined with Youjing'an in the treatment of HR-HPV persistent infection with CINI. Methods: from October 2014 to March 2016, 60 patients were selected from gynecological outpatient department of Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. According to the inclusion criteria, 60 patients with HR-HPV persistent infection with CINI were randomly divided into two groups: Chinese medicine combined with interferon group and interferon control group. There were 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Ermiao granule combined with you Jingan, while the control group was treated with you Jingan only. Results 26 cases of HPV and 19 cases of HPV of interferon group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine combined with interferon in the treatment group. Results: the reverse rate of CINI, the integral change of TCM syndromes and the clinical curative effect were 26 cases in the treatment group and 19 cases in the interferon group. The negative rate of HPV in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. 2. 27 cases of CINI were reversed in combination with interferon group. The reverse rate of CINI in the interferon control group was significantly higher than that in the interferon control group according to TCM syndrome score: the scores of both groups were significantly decreased before and after treatment. After treatment, the Chinese medicine combined with interferon treatment group was significantly better than the interferon control group. 4. The total effective rate of interferon control group was 93.33 ~ 73.33%. The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with interferon group is obviously better than that of interferon control group. Conclusion:. Jiawei Ermiao granule combined with Youjing'an has a good clinical effect on the patients with HR-HPV persistent infection associated with CINI. In improving HPV negative rate, reversing cervical pathological changes and improving the TCM syndrome of patients with more obvious effect than the use of western medicine alone, and the use of safe, reliable, no toxic side effects, worthy of further clinical promotion.
