腰痹宁膏联合脊痛消胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过中医基础理论与临床研究,探讨腰痹宁膏联合脊痛消胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,与通络骨质宁膏联合脊痛消胶囊作对比,通过治疗前后VAS及JOA评分进行比较,分析临床疗效,为临床指导气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗提供方法。方法:本次研究所有患者均来自于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院骨四科门诊,收治时间为2016年1月至2017年1月,治疗前确诊为气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症,将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用腰痹宁膏联合脊痛消胶囊治疗,对照组采用通络骨质宁膏联合脊痛消胶囊治疗,4周为一疗程,治疗前后采用VAS及JOA评分进行评定,数据做统计学分析。结果:1.治疗前两组患者VAS及JOA评分进行统计学分析,p＞0.05,无统计学意义,两组数据具有可比性。2.治疗后两组患者分别将VAS及JOA评分进行组内比较,p0.05,有统计学意义,两组患者经治疗后均有效。3.治疗2周后、4周后分别将两组数据进行组间比较,均得出p0.05,有统计学意义,治疗组在治疗效果上明显优于对照组。4.治疗4周后,治疗组显效7例、有效22例、无效1例,总有效率96.67%,对照组显效1例、有效25例、无效4例,总有效率86.67%。分析得出p＜0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:1.腰痹宁膏与通络骨质宁膏相比,能有效的缓解气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状与体征,疗效明显。2.腰痹宁膏治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的总有效率明显高于通络骨质宁膏。3.腰痹宁膏具有活血化瘀、通络止痛的功效,简单方便,副作用小,治疗效果显著,被广大患者所接受,值得临床推广与运用。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the basic theory and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine, to discuss the clinical effect of Yaobining plaster combined with Jiitongxiao capsule in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, compared with Tongluoguoning plaster combined with Jiitongxiao capsule. VAS and JOA scores before and after treatment were compared to analyze the clinical efficacy. Methods: all the patients in this study were from the fourth outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. From January 2016 to January 2017, the patients were diagnosed as herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc with Qi stagnation and blood stasis before treatment. 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with Tongluogu Ning ointment combined with Jiitongxiao capsule for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, VAS and JOA scores were used before and after treatment. Results: 1. Before treatment, the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed (p > 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were compared in group P 0.05, with statistical significance. 2. Two groups of patients were effective after treatment. 3. After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after the data were compared between the two groups, all obtained p0.05, with statistical significance. After 4 weeks of treatment, 7 cases in the treatment group were effective, 22 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.677.The control group showed remarkable effect in 1 case and effective in 25 cases. The total effective rate was 86.67. The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: 1. Compared with Tongluo Guoning ointment. It can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of patients with Lumbar Disc herniation with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis. The total effective rate of Yaobining ointment in the treatment of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type lumbar disc herniation is significantly higher than that of Tongluo Guongning plaster .3.Yaobining ointment has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and it is simple and convenient. The side effect is small, the curative effect is remarkable, is accepted by the general patient, is worth clinical promotion and use.
