【摘要】:目的:本文主要研究肩胛下肌及其毗邻结构的解剖学特征,为临床上治疗肩胛下肌损伤提供解剖学资料和参考依据。方法:16侧无肩胛区组织病变的成人尸体。对肩胛下肌及其毗邻结构进行解剖学研究,中立位下观察并测量以下数据:1.肩胛下肌在肱骨小结节止点处最高点到喙突距离2.肩胛下肌上缘到喙突距离3.肩胛下肌在肱骨小结节止点处的宽度4.肩胛下肌腱性部分长度5.肩胛下肌距肱骨小结节顶点2.0cm处肌腱的宽度6.肩胛下肌距肱骨小结节顶点2.0cm处肌腱的厚度7.肩胛下肌和腋神经交界处距肱骨小结节顶点的垂直距离8.距肱骨小结节2.0cm处肩胛下肌下缘与下方腋神经的垂直距离9.腋神经入四边孔处距肱骨小结节顶点的垂直距离10.肩关节前屈90时°,前臂中立位、前臂旋前90°、前臂旋前180°三个体位分别内收,喙突与肩胛下肌小结节止点相接触时的内收的角度。测量结果用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果:1.肩胛下肌在肱骨小结节止点处最高点到喙突距离2.500±0.009cm。2.肩胛下肌上缘到喙突距离0.437±0.008cm。3.肩胛下肌在肱骨小结节止点处的宽度3.188±0.009cm。4.肩胛下肌腱性部分长度3.122±0.008cm。5.肩胛下肌距肱骨小结节顶点2.0cm处肌腱的宽度3.822±0.009cm。6.肩胛下肌距肱骨小结节顶点2.0cm处肌腱的厚度0.524±0.008cm。7.肩胛下肌和腋神经交界处距肱骨小结节顶点的垂直距离3.522±0.008cm。8.距肱骨小结节2.0cm处肩胛下肌下缘与下方腋神经的垂直距离1.026±0.008cm。9.腋神经入四边孔处距肱骨小结节顶点的垂直距离3.042±0.008cm。10肩关节前屈90°,前臂中立位、前臂旋前90°、前臂旋前180°三个体位分别内收时,喙突与肩胛下肌小结节止点相接触时的内收的角度分别为44.506土1.182°、50.013土1.093°、54.292±1.201°,三者之间比较P0.05,具有统计学意义。结论通过研究肩胛下肌及其毗邻结构的解剖学特点,为治疗与肩胛下肌损伤相关的疾病和指导肩关节活动提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the anatomical characteristics of the subscapular muscle and its adjacent structures. Objective: to provide anatomic data and reference basis for clinical treatment of subscapular muscle injury. Methods the anatomical study of the subscapular muscle and its adjacent structures was carried out in 16 sides of adult cadavers without tissue lesions in the scapular region. The following data are observed and measured under the neutral position:. 1. Distance from the highest point of the subscapular muscle to the coracoid process 2. The distance between the superior edge of the subscapular muscle and the coracoid process 3. The width of the subscapular muscle at the insertion point of the subscapular tubercle 4. The length of the tendon part of the subscapular muscle 5. The width of the tendon at 2.0 cm from the apex of the tubercle of the humerus, the thickness of the tendon between the subscapular muscle and the apex of the tubercle of the humerus, and the vertical distance between the subscapular muscle and the axillary nerve from the apex of the tubercle of the humerus. Distance 8. The vertical distance between the inferior margin of the subscapular muscle and the inferior axillary nerve at 2.0 cm from the tubercle of the humerus. The vertical distance between the axillary nerve and the vertex of the tuberculus humerus was 10. 90 掳at the anterior flexion of the shoulder. The forearm was in neutral position, forearm pronation was 90 掳, forearm pronation was 180 掳. The angle of adduction when the coracoid process is in contact with the insertion point of the subscapular tubercle. The measured results were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results:. 1. The distance from the highest point of the subscapular muscle to the coracoid process is 2.500 卤0.009cm.2.The distance from the superior edge of the subscapular muscle to the coracoid process is 0.437 卤0.008cm.3. The width of the subscapular tendon was 3.188 卤0.009 cm. 4. The length of the subscapular tendon was 3.122 卤0.008 cm. 5. The distance between the subscapular muscle and the vertex of the tuberculus humerus was 2.0c. The width of tendon at m was 3.822 卤0.009 cm 路6. The thickness of tendon was 0.524 卤0.008 cm 路7. Subscapular muscle and axillary nerve. The vertical distance from the junction to the apex of the humeral tubercle is 3.522 卤0.008cm.8.The vertical distance between the inferior margin of the subscapular muscle and the inferior axillary nerve is 1.026 卤0.0 at 2.0 cm from the humeral tubercle. The vertical distance between the axillary nerve and the vertex of the humeral tubercle was 3.042 卤0.008cm.10 the shoulder joint flexion 90 掳. Forearm neutral position, forearm pronation 90 掳, forearm pronation 180 掳respectively. The angle of adduction between coracoid process and subscapular tubercle was 44.506 卤1.182 掳, 50.013 卤1.093 掳and 54.292 卤1.201 掳, respectively. Conclusion the anatomical characteristics of the subscapular muscle and its adjacent structures were studied. To provide theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases related to subscapular muscle injury and the guidance of shoulder joint movement.
