通气散合通窍活血汤加减治疗突发性聋临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:对比通气散合通窍活血汤加减辅助西医常规治疗与单纯西医治疗在治疗突发性聋疾病上是否存在疗效差异。方法:选取2016年1月~2016年12月于我院住院治疗的突发性聋患者156例,随机分为试验组79人和对照组77人。对照组给予西医常规治疗,试验组在西医常规治疗基础上给予通气散合通窍活血汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组在治疗听力损失方面的有效率为92.20%,试验组在治疗听力损失方面的有效率为94.94%,经统计学分析,不具有统计学差异(P0.05)。对照组在耳鸣、眩晕方面的有效率分别为60.81%、72.73%,试验组在耳鸣、眩晕方面的有效率分别为91.67%、93.33%,经统计学分析,具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:通气散合通窍活血汤加减在辅助西药治疗突发性耳聋上可提高耳鸣、眩晕方面的临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effect between routine treatment of ventilation and Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and western medicine alone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods:. From January 2016 to December 2016, 156 patients with sudden deafness who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with ventilation, dispersing Qiaoqiao and activating blood circulation decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment. Results: the effective rate in the treatment of hearing loss in the control group was 92.20, and the effective rate in the experimental group was 94.94 in the treatment of hearing loss, which was statistically analyzed. The effective rates of tinnitus and vertigo in the control group were 60.81 and 72.73, respectively. The effective rates of vertigo were 91.67 and 93.33, respectively. Conclusion: the treatment of sudden deafness by western medicine can improve the clinical effect of tinnitus and vertigo.
