维生素D不足或缺乏的高血压患者血清SOD活性、MDA含量变化及其意义

【摘要】:目的观察维生素D不足或缺乏的高血压患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化,并探讨其意义。方法将已检测维生素D的人群作为研究对象,其中高血压患者58例纳入高血压组,血压正常者71例纳入对照组。高血压组中,维生素D不足31例、维生素D缺乏27例;对照组中,维生素D不足30例、维生素D缺乏41例。采用羟胺测定法检测血清SOD,采用硫代巴比妥酸测定法检测血清MDA。结果高血压组血清SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高,与对照组相比,P均0.05。高血压组中,维生素D缺乏者血清SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高,与对照组相比,P均0.05;维生素D不足者MDA含量升高,与对照组相比,P0.05。高血压组中,维生素D缺乏者血清SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高,与维生素D不足者相比,P均0.05。对照组中,维生素D缺乏者血清MDA含量升高,与维生素D不足者相比,P均0.05。结论维生素D不足或缺乏的高血压患者血清SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高,且在维生素D缺乏者变化更为明显;维生素D缺乏可导致高血压患者氧化应激水平升高,并与高血压的发病有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in hypertensive patients with deficiency or deficiency of vitamin D. Among them, 58 patients with hypertension were included in the hypertension group and 71 patients with normal blood pressure were included in the control group. In the hypertension group, there were 31 cases of vitamin D deficiency, 27 cases of vitamin D deficiency, and 30 cases of vitamin D deficiency in the control group. Vitamin D deficiency was detected in 41 cases by hydroxylamine assay and by thiobarbituric acid method. Results Serum SOD activity in hypertension group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum SOD activity of the vitamin D deficient patients increased significantly, while that of the vitamin D deficiency group increased, and that of the vitamin D deficiency group increased. In the hypertension group, the serum SOD activity decreased in the vitamin D deficiency group, and increased in the vitamin D deficiency group compared with the control group, and the serum SOD activity in the vitamin D deficiency group was significantly lower than that in the control group. In the control group, the serum MDA content in the vitamin D deficient group was higher than that in the vitamin D deficiency group, and that in the vitamin D deficiency group was 0.05. Conclusion the serum SOD activity decreased in the hypertension patients with vitamin D deficiency or deficiency. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to the increase of oxidative stress in patients with hypertension, which is related to the pathogenesis of hypertension.
