成年兔胫骨关节软骨负重区的扩散张量成像研究

【摘要】:目的分析正常成年新西兰大白兔膝关节胫骨关节软骨的表观弥散系数(ADC)值和部分各向异性指数(FA)值,确定胫骨关节软骨负重区范围、为软骨退变疾病研究过程中选取最典型的取材部位提供参考和提高实验结果的准确性。方法选用正常成年新西兰大白兔28只,进行矢状位三维扰相脂肪抑制梯度回波(3D-WATS)序列和矢状位弥散张量成像(DTI)扫描,扫描后图像在工作站测量关节软骨的ADC值和FA值。将胫骨表面软骨由前到后分为A、B、C、D、E组,分析各组间ADC值和FA值有无差异。结果胫骨平台内外侧软骨间ADC值和FA值的比较经Mann-Whitney U秩和检验,差异无统计学意义(ZADC=-0.267,P=0.7900.05;ZFA=-0.751,P=0.4530.05),每侧中A、B、C、D、E组间ADC值和FA值的差异有统计学意义(P㩳0.05),同侧不同组间两两比较中其中外侧中C组与E组间ADC值和FA值的差异无统计学意义(P㧐0.05),内侧中C组与D组间ADC值的差异也无统计学意义(P=0.231㧐0.05),FA值无统计学意义,其余各组间ADC值和FA值的差异有统计学意义。结论正常成年新西兰大白兔胫骨软骨内外侧无差别,由前至后不同区间有差别,负重区位于由前至后的4/5区,对于关节软骨退变的研究区域来讲,该区为理想的观察和检测区域。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCC) and partial anisotropy index (FAA) of tibial articular cartilage of normal adult New Zealand white rabbits, and to determine the area of tibial articular cartilage bearing weight. Methods 28 normal adult New Zealand white rabbits were used to select the most typical materials and improve the accuracy of the experimental results. The sagittal 3D disturbed phase fat suppression gradient echo (3D-WATS) sequence and sagittal diffusion Zhang Liang imaging (DTI) scan were performed. The ADC and FA values of articular cartilage were measured on workstation after scanning. The tibial surface cartilage was divided into two groups from anterior to posterior. Results there was no significant difference in ADC value and FA value between the internal and external sides of tibial plateau by Mann-Whitney U rank summation test. There was no significant difference between them by Mann-Whitney U rank sum test. There was no significant difference in ADC and FA value between the two groups. There was no significant difference in ADC value and FA value between the two groups (P > 0.05), but there was no significant difference in ADC value and FA value between the two groups (P > 0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference in ADC and FA value between the two groups (P > 0.05), but there was no significant difference in ADC value and FA value between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in ADC and FA between the lateral middle C group and E group. There was no significant difference in ADC value between group C and group D in the medial middle of group C and group D, and there was no significant difference in ADC value between group C and group D. There was no significant difference in FA value among the other groups. Conclusion there was no difference in the inner and outer sides of tibial cartilage in normal adult New Zealand white rabbits, but there was difference in different regions from anterior to posterior, and the weight bearing area was located in the 4/5 area from front to back. For the study area of articular cartilage degeneration, this area is an ideal observation and detection area.
