构音障碍儿童口腔轮替运动能力特征及其与语音能力的相关性研究

【摘要】:口腔轮替运动能力评估可以较好的反映构音器官运动的灵活性及协调性,普遍被用来评价言语语言障碍患者的口部运动能力,其中口腔轮替运动速率是最常用的评价指标之一。口腔轮替运动的测试形式与连续语流中构音器官的运动方式类似,可以反映发连续语音时的协同构音能力。有研究者认为口腔轮替运动的流利性及准确性指标不受年龄及性别的影响,能更好的反映构音器官运动的能力。脑瘫儿童和听障儿童在连续语流中往往出现语音清晰度差、语音不流利的问题,这些问题对上述两类构音障碍儿童而言更为严重,但在临床康复训练中往往易被忽视。已有研究对构音障碍儿童的口腔轮替运动的流利性、准确性特征的研究较少,构音障碍儿童的口腔轮替运动的流利性、准确性特征与其连续语音的流利性、语音清晰度的关系尚不明确。本研究从上述研究现状出发,对脑瘫儿童及听障儿童的口腔轮替运动能力特征及其与语音能力的相关性进行研究,研究主要分为四个实验进行,具体如下:1.听力障碍儿童口腔轮替运动能力的特征研究实验一对30名普通儿童、30名听障儿童的口腔轮替运动能力进行测试并分析。结论:(1)普通儿童的口腔轮替运动能力好于听障儿童。(2)随音节个数及构音难度的增加,两类儿童的口腔轮替运动表现也随之变差。2.脑瘫儿童口腔轮替运动能力的特征研究实验二对30名普通儿童、16名痉挛型脑瘫儿童的口腔轮替运动能力进行测试并分析。结论:(1)普通儿童的口腔轮替运动能力好于脑瘫儿童。(2)随音节个数及构音难度的增加,两类儿童的口腔轮替运动表现也随之变差。3.构音障碍儿童口腔轮替运动能力与其语音清晰度的相关性研究实验三分别让29名听障儿童及16名脑瘫儿童采用朗读或跟读语料的方式完成语音清晰度的测试,并对两类儿童的口腔轮替运动能力与其语音清晰度的相关性进行分析。结论:(1)听障儿童的口腔轮替运动的流利性主要与其句清晰度相关,听障儿童口腔轮替运动的准确性与语音清晰度相关。(2)脑瘫儿童口腔轮替运动的流利性与其语音清晰度不相关。4.构音障碍儿童口腔轮替运动能力与其语音流利性的相关性研究实验四的测试过程与实验二同步完成,测试方法同上,对两类儿童的口腔轮替运动能力与其语音流利性的相关性进行分析。结论:听障儿童和脑瘫儿童的口腔轮替运动能力均与其语音流利性显著相关。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of oral movement ability can reflect the flexibility and coordination of the movement of vocal organs. It is generally used to evaluate the oral movement ability of patients with speech language disorders. Among them, the rate of oral movement is one of the most commonly used indexes. The test form of oral rotation is similar to that of the movement of sound organs in continuous speech flow. Some researchers believe that the fluency and accuracy of oral movement are not affected by age and sex. Children with cerebral palsy and children with hearing impairment often suffer from poor speech intelligibility and poor speech fluency in continuous speech flow, which are more serious for these two types of dyslexic children. However, it is easy to be neglected in clinical rehabilitation training. There are few studies on fluency and accuracy of oral movement in children with dysarthria, fluency in oral movement of dysarthria children. The relationship between accuracy features and continuous speech fluency and speech articulation is not clear. The characteristics of oral mobility in children with cerebral palsy and hearing impairment and their correlation with phonological ability were studied. The study was divided into four experiments. A study on the characteristics of oral mobility in children with hearing impairment; A study on the oral mobility of 30 normal children with hearing impairment and 30 children with hearing impairment. Conclusion: 1) the oral rotation of children with hearing impairment. The motility of children with hearing impairment increased with the number of syllables and the difficulty of construction. The characteristics of oral rotation motor ability in children with cerebral palsy experiment 2 the oral rotation motor ability of 30 normal children and 16 children with spastic cerebral palsy were measured and divided into two groups. Conclusion: the oral movement ability of normal children is better than that of cerebral palsy children.) with the increase of the number of syllables and the difficulty of construction, the oral movement of children is better than that of children with cerebral palsy. The correlation between oral mobility and speech intelligibility in children with dysarthria: experiment 3: 29 children with hearing impairment and 16 children with cerebral palsy were given reading or reading. Following the way of reading the corpus to complete the speech articulation test, The correlation between oral mobility and speech articulation of the two groups of children was analyzed. Conclusion: the fluency of oral movement in children with hearing impairment is mainly related to the articulation of sentences. The accuracy of oral movement in children with hearing impairment is related to speech articulation. (2) fluency of oral movement in children with cerebral palsy is not related to their speech articulation. Correlation study the test process of experiment 4 was completed synchronously with experiment 2. Methods the relationship between oral mobility and phonological fluency of the two groups of children was analyzed. Conclusion: oral mobility of hearing-impaired children and children with cerebral palsy are significantly correlated with oral fluency.
