前牙全瓷修复患者的人格特征与修复满意度的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:通过分析前牙全瓷修复患者的个人的基本情况、人格特征,探讨患者个人的情况和其人格特征与修复后满意度的相关性,以及期望值对满意度的影响。方法:选择在新疆医科大学第六附属医院口腔科进行前牙全瓷修复患者120例,通过个人基本情况调查表、艾森克人格问卷表、期望值调查表、满意度调查表进行问卷调查,并采用?2检验、方差分析、相关分析等统计学方法进行数据分析。结果:1.前牙全瓷修复患者的期望值由高到低依次是美观效果、色泽效果、外形效果、咀嚼功能、语言功能、自信增强、面容改善、舒适性,F检验各分项期望值之间差异无显著性(F=0.531,p0.05)。2.前牙全瓷修复患者的满意度由高到低依次是美观效果、色泽效果、外形效果、自信增强、面容改善、语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适度。满意度各分项统计学差异无显著性(2?=2.82,p0.05)。3.前牙全瓷修复患者的期望值与患者的性别、年龄分组、婚姻情况、居住地、文化程度、职业、家庭收入(月收入)、居住区域、对全瓷修复体的了解程度有相关性(p0.05)。4.前牙全瓷修复患者的满意度与患者的性别、年龄、年龄分组、婚姻情况、居住地、文化程度、职业、家庭收入(月收入)、居住区域、对全瓷修复体的了解程度有相关性(p0.05)。5.患者N值与美观效果满意度、色泽效果满意度和总满意度有相关性(p0.05)。6.前牙全瓷修复患者期望值与满意度在美观效果、色泽效果、外形效果方面具有相关性,且呈负相关(pO.05)。结论:1.前牙全瓷修复患者的人格特征对诊疗过程中的满意度和期望值都有影响。2.前牙全瓷修复患者的诊疗过程中的满意度与期望值呈负相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the basic situation and personality characteristics of the patients with anterior tooth all-ceramic restoration, and to explore the correlation between their personality characteristics and post-prosthetic satisfaction. Methods: 120 patients with anterior dental all-ceramic restoration were selected from the Department of Stomatology of the sixth affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.
