蒙古四合木化学成分研究

【摘要】:目的:对蒺藜科(Tribulus L.)四合木属(Tetraena Maxim.)强旱生落叶小灌木蒙古四合木(Tetraena mongolica Maxim.)的地上部分进行化学成分研究,并鉴定其所含的化学成分。方法:取四合木地上部位(1Kg)用95%乙醇回流提取,浓缩除去醇后制成水的混悬液,分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和和正丁醇进行萃取,减压回收溶剂得到不同极性的萃取部位。各部位利用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH 20凝胶色谱法,薄层色谱法,制备高效液相色谱法等方法进行分离,纯化得到化合物。并根据化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定其结构。结果:四合木地上部位中共分离得到11个化合物,鉴定出11个化合物。从氯仿层鉴定出4个化合物;乙酸乙酯层鉴定出7个化合物。分别是:(1)3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde)(2)儿茶素(Catechin)(3)表没食子儿茶素(釹-釺-epigallocatechin)(4)没食子儿茶素(釹-釺-gallocatechin)(5)8-dihydroxy-1,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone(6)olean-11-oxo-12-en-28-ol-3β-yl-caffeate(7)槲皮素(Quercetin)(8)槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Quercetin3-O-β-D-APG)(9)古柯二醇(Erythrodiol olean-2-en-3,28-diol)(10)异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Isorhamnrtin-3-O-β-D-APG)(11)3-Cyclohexen-1-one,4-[3β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)butyl]-3,5,5-trimethyl。结论:本课题利用光谱等数据对于四合木的化学成分进行研究,共分离鉴定出11个化合物,其中化合物11为未见文献报道的新化合物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Tribulus L.on Tribulus L. Tetraena Maxim. Tetraena mongolica Maxim., a deciduous shrub, Tetraena mongolica. The above-ground part was studied and its chemical constituents were identified. Methods: the above ground part of tetrahedron was extracted by 95% ethanol refluxing and concentrated to make water suspension. The suspension was extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, respectively, and the solvent was recovered at low pressure to obtain different polarity parts. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography Sephadex LH 20 gel chromatography, thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified according to their physical and chemical properties, spectral analysis, comparison of reference substances and comparison with literature reports. Results: 11 compounds were isolated and 11 compounds were identified. Four compounds were identified from chloroform layer and 7 compounds from ethyl acetate layer. 鍒嗗埆鏄,
